The Transistor theme is my favorite. The main and upper menu images are very cool to look at and the beautiful humming sound of the games main character Red is a treat for the ears. I have yet to come across a superior theme.

The firewatch theme is the best PS4 theme, regularly gets top votes from everyone. uncharted 4 ink theme is pretty damn solid too. The random "Night in the Jungle" "aztec temple""misty mountains" and "bonfire in the mountains" themes are in line with the Firewatch theme being super chill in the wilderness with a nice ambiance and are pretty solid as well. Those wilderness ones keep going on sale so keep an eye out I didn't preorder it or play it so I don't have it but the Call of duty sabotage theme is awesome.
I use the Black Ops 3 Zombies theme for mine. It has some upbeat jazz playing at all times. I'm lucky too because the only people that got it were the ones who played the beta, but I never even downloaded the beta

The one theme that I can't stop using is the uncharted 4 ink art dynamic theme. I know, I know it's 1,69£, but the sounds are the actual games menu sounds. It's a must have for uncharted fans and theme lovers.

how could you not have uncharted 4 shipwreck? otherwise a decent list IMO. Also RIme's theme was great and I have on I really really like with a teal colored ocean and some planets in the background. I always forget the name of it. There are many like it in outer space but this one is actually amazing I swear.

If you haven't seen it, the Gwent theme has some nice music and a good color template. Plus it helps that everything is based off the Witcher 3
