I was doing really well in UL with S Golurk lead with Lickilicki SS running EQ. Instantly knocked out loads of tentacruel and other poison types who were trying to avoid the Golurk.
Hey Henry, just a suggestion; how about running Thunderbolt on Miltank instead of Ice Beam. You still pick up the fliers and it makes the tentacruel safe swap matchups better.
I did have a few people try double nuke miltank with ice beam and bolt and they quite liked it. My personal preference is for the fast pacing of body slam, but I think Thunderbolt also has merit!
I just checked the rankings and you're already down to ranking 173. Wow that changes fast. I've been a day one GBL player and have never gotten past low Veteran (and usually stuck in high Ace).

Shadow golurk is unreal, deffinitely my favourite pokemon to play currently (sorry shadow dnite), I gained allmost 400 points, and I could have earned a lot more if not for wrong team calls and lag, I was using the Shadow Golurk Shadow Drapion core except i had Tentacruel istead of Miltank, I think Guzzlord would work as well.
Henry, would you reccomend semi-budget teams this season for the master leauge since rhyperior and florges, both non legendary pokemon, are the top meta this season? Some teams I made with rhyperior and florges are with ursaluna, gyrados, kyurem, palkia and kyogre
Hey! This season budget teams feel the most viable they've ever been for masters. One option is rhyperior primarina florges! Primarina with waterfall to try and bait out fairy counters
I really enjoyed the theme team era! Made me the battler i am now. I still like using a unique pokemon on each team, but with more meta counterparts so I can try and compete vs the best in the world! I might bring the theme teams back from time to time, though :)

Dude it's not like I don't know how good of a Player you and most of the people you encounter on these ranks are, but everytime I watch these battles I simply wonder how do you guys can play without the horrible frame drops the game currently has. I mean I'm a good player for one who does 5 to 10 battles at most a day I'm already Rank 17 but at a point a person just can't take it anymore and stops playing. How is your game so smooth?!! I'm not suprised at all that you got Rank#4 in the world with the game running like this. It's super easy when the game doesn't freeze on you every second, when you can't fire your charge moves or worse, when the opponent sneaks in a ton of fast moves while you just stand there. These games are just funny to watch cause it's like another game entirely. Still, congratulations
Honestly in these sets the frame drops were pretty nightmarish. For contents sake, I try and remove games with horrible frame drops as they just make me sad/frustrated to watch back so I don't think it makes for great content. The game state is honestly quite frustrating, I feel your pain with that
