@@playsportfun3356 no sense applied to the question, this is all theoretical work on the bolts specifically. You could also see how much stress is being put on the wooden board and see if you need a material with better properties.
@@theryderproject5053 but the p/4 does create a momentum at the cut so just the force doesnt make equilibrium right? I mean take the Sum of momentums at the place where V is and you might see what I mean? Its just a small thing i thought i noticed but besides that great video, thanks!
@@gungaginga3410 I think you mean "moment" not "momentum". We are assuming that everything is in equilibrium so if you sum moments it should be equal to zero. There will be an internal moment (which I didn't draw in but similar to the v in the diagram) that balances the system to be in equilibrium.
I don't understand how this could affect the Bolt Sheer Stress by any significant amount! & Having the Pointed Threaded Bolt 🔩 end sticking out towards the traffic seems more of a Danger Imho! Maybe they need to bring back Old School Hot 🔥 Riveting like in 1900's Bridges - They won't Fail easily! 👍
Good Explanation sir. Thank you for your information. Please kindly clarify below Question of Answer : Grade 43 Base Plate 680 x 680 mm UC 356 X368 X129 Load 2400 kn what is Plate Thickness ? your support will be highly appreciated on this matter .
Well, that is some strong ass wood!
thanks to you I got 100, THANK YOUUU!!!!!
great explanation, thanks
this is my test question . tq so much
Very strong wood!
And rubbish grade bolts!
Book smart. No common sense applied here.

Very clear explanation
wow thank you very much.. I learned a lot from you
2:46 internal load also a momentum right...
Things need to be moving for them to have momentum. We're assuming that everything is in equilibrium (not moving).

@@theryderproject5053 oh Yes excuse me i mean moment, im a dutch engineering student and i thought these were the same meanings:/
@@gungaginga3410 all good. Hopefully the above answered your question!
Hello maam!!!! In this qn what will be the bearing stress in the bolt??
Mam can i get file of this problem

thank you so much :)
in thise question there is 4 bolt when elution erea why dont use 4*A=4*pi/4*d**2
The way I do it is to focus on the force applied to just one bolt so I only need to consider the area of that one.
@@theryderproject5053 oooohhhh thank you doctor you are really wonderful l'm watching from iraq👍
