I liked it until I heard it loop. I may be mistaken but I am certain I heard a repeated part which is distracting while working. Although, I would recommend making more harbor ambience, just avoid the loops!

You not necessarily need to ask for permission since it's not commercial, most of the time credit is enough to say ''hey thanks for the image'' ;).
