I walked around London estate in Nakuru at night to show the beauty in this area. Yes we have the good public infrastructure including tarmacked roads with pedestrian walkways and street lights, but the real estate department needs major upgrading.
Many people would want to settle in this area due to proximity to Nakuru CBD, but there are not enough modern apartments London estate.
Investors, developers, and diaspora seeking investment opportunities, London is very prime.

I love your content but I have one gripe with the emphasis on city densification and gentrification. We are in the age of sustainable urban development where livability in the city has less to do with how many people we can pack per square inch. It is about amenities like parks and play areas, it's about ease of mobility, it is about having more green spaces etc. You advocate for high rise apartments which is a derelict concept that has degraded the quality of life the world over. In fact it has led to gentrification where property developers who have no connections with the neighborhood using the power of money to uproot people from places and areas they have lived in for so long.
I would love to have an engaging conversation around this topic but for now my sentiment is: advocate for a more livable city not densifying it with a concrete jungle. Thanks and good luck with your channel.
