I've been adjusting to working at home with the kids again and wanted to share how I'm getting it done. Are you working from home during this quarantine? How are you doing with it?
I can’t this video had me cracking up 😂😂. So many good points here! You are so right about having something. This morning I was scrambling for something to do with my 4 year old and we settled on making a rainbow on the backdrop of an cardboard box😂. She loved it! Bedtime has been my hardest struggle. We are all off and going to bed late most of the time, which makes getting up early to work really hard. Like you, I am dead weight at night! I wish I could be like those people who work after their kids go to bed. Most of the time I fall asleep right with them 🤣
Chile it has been a struggle going to bed on time! We been all over the place which is why we start a little later. Now dont get me wrong there was a time when I had no choice but to do it at night. Thankfully it's working out alright for now.
Thank you so much for making this video, first month of the stay at home order I was on schedule because I assumed it would be temporary LOL well by the second & third month I gave in...it has been chaotic. So watching this helped my get my ish together, I made a schedule on my computer immediately after watching your video, printed it out and posted on the fridge!!! Thank you 🙏🏽🥰
Thank you!!!!! This helped soooooo much. I've been trying all sorts of crazy schedules and nothing has worked out so far. Your simplicity of having a morning block for the kids and an afternoon block of working is genius. I've been attempting to work at night..... and I keep crashing and burning. After all day with my active 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter, I can't do nights. PLEASE make that video of a day in your life homeschooling and working. It would be helpful to all of us mommies that will probably be homeschooling parts of next year and working from home.
I haven't found a work from home video yet where you have a set schedule for work (mine is 1pm-10pm). Everyone can block their time or have older kids. I have a 1 and 3yo. Like how do I do this for a call center job where they hear everything in the background?
I have 2 year old and I work a set schedule he's in school during the week but I work on Sundays (8am-4:30pm) and he doesn't quite understand that when Mommy's on the phone you can be screaming in the background or mommy can't just get up and come play with you. It's very challenging and I don't expect my 2 year old to just sit quietly and not need me. I make it work for the most part. Thank goodness for the mute button lol.
I can work with my oldest. My two year... he’s the one who gives me a hard time. And I had Covid recently and I don’t want to send him back just yet because I’m afraid. But he might have too
How to do I do it with 3 kids and I'm working from home from 10:30 to 7 my 2 oldest are in school.from 8:30 to 3:15 but I have a 1 year old daughter as well and I'll be stuck at the computer for 8 hours taking calls this is going to be hard

With 3 kids under 3, homeschool and work, getting crazy sometimes. Tnx 4 the tips!! ❤️
Crazy?! This is insane 🤣🤣🤣
I have 4 kids, they are 6, 4, 1, and 4 months. I have no clue how I'm going to juggle work and homeschool. I am stressing so much about this.
I think a lot of us are but we are going to do just fine.!
It's like you were in my morning convo with God! I really needed this video!
Transparent Motherhood lol I’m so glad you found it helpful. We are all juggling a lot right now.
Nakisha Wynn Girl! I don’t think I have enough hands for all of this lol

Yes a schedule is so necessary. It can get overwhelmingly, especially with little ones.
I need to start blocking time and implementing quiet time and movement. I’m home with a 4 year old and an 8 month old so it’s been real!
Ooooh yea you’re in the thick of it, you definitely would benefit carving out a little time for yourself!
This is me currently 😅

Oh, I just found the playlist, score!
A new one is coming first week of August too!
I’m so glad this is helpful for you. There’s a lot going on and we HAVE to figure this out for the sake of our kids.
@@NakishaWynn Sweet, I'll look out for it!

Same sis…
Great tips Nakisha!!! You're SO right, setting expectations is so important - I need to be better about that!!
Yes! That's the only way I get things done. They have to know the plan too lol
THANK YOU so much for this video!
