    Do you think working from home is a good idea?

    • @SBEaesthetics
      @SBEaesthetics  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You are so welcome! If you're not paranoid and generally trust the clients coming to your house, it might not be a bad idea. However, you need to be comfortable with that decision, especially if you have kids, a spouse, or other special aspects of your home to consider. Great question.

    I have a question as far as the LLC part. When I apply do I also have to fill out a establishment application when looking for a suite or how does that work ? Thank you ❤️

    • @SBEaesthetics
      @SBEaesthetics  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When establishing an LLC, you will likely need to fill out the required paperwork to register your business with the Secretary of State's office. This paperwork usually includes information about your business name, address, and ownership structure.
      However, when it comes to finding a physical location for your LLC, such as a suite in a commercial building, you will generally need to go through a separate process. This typically this involves like contacting property owners or leasing agents to inquire about available suites and submitting an application specific to the establishment or rental of that particular space.
      Hopefully this helps!

    I’m having a hard time deciding. I’m a licensed esthetician and want to do lashes part time from home. I want liability coverage but I don’t know if I should do corporate or sole proprietorship

    • @SBEaesthetics
      @SBEaesthetics  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      When offering services involving skin-to-skin contact and using products, I recommend forming an LLC rather than operating as a sole proprietor. A sole proprietorship does not provide limited liability, meaning if someone were to get injured or have a severe reaction to one of your products, you would be personally liable. Where as, an LLC would protect your personal assets, as the business itself would be held responsible instead of you. I hope this information is helpful.

      @@SBEaesthetics yes thanks! Do I need to register my home business with as a cosmetology salon. Or can it be labeled as just a lash artist business? I work full time at a hospital so lashing would be a side hustle/hobby

    Who can I order my Botox and fillers from? I don’t have a doctor, so I need one to order it or can I?

    • @SBEaesthetics
      @SBEaesthetics  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi, it is important to consult a licensed medical professional for any medical treatments, including Botox and fillers. It is not possible to order Botox or fillers online without a legitimate prescription from a qualified medical professional.

      I have had my license for 6 years and I have only worked at European Wax Center. Shortly after starting EWC I found out I was pregnant and after I had the baby I stopped working in the industry. I am in the mental health field now but I am SO ready to start my own business even if its on the side for now. I feel like I am turning down money by not using my license. Time to use the skills we got! I wish you the best of luck. I see its been a year since you commented but I hope you took the leap and all is well!
