Thorium molten fluoride salt reactors are inherently safe, modular and can be mass produced in factories. A shipping container can house a 10Megawatt reactors that will run for 30 years without refills. This is how we power the world and they can "burn" Uranium waste to make it safe! I have been talking about this idea for 10 years or so. I wish we had mass produced these units already. We have had all the knowledge from the 50s it's time to get this Western technology mass produced so we can power the future expansion of energy demand. BTW due to the fact that these reactors work at 400°c plus they are far more efficient and the heat can also be used for desalination plants and chemical plants for making hydrocarbons (car fuel) from atmospheric CO² and water etc.
Hope India would also take this route to cheaper and safer power. Kerala on south west coast is said to have substantial amount of Thorium in its coastal sands
THE SAME AMERICAN SCIENTIST WHO DEVELOPED THE CLASSIC NUCLEAR REACTOR ALSO DESIGNED THE THOREUM MOLTEN SALT REACTORS...BUT YOU CANT USE THEM FOR MAKING WEAPIONS.
THERE WAS A BANG BUT NOT A BIG BANG THAT CREATED THE UNIVERSE, THE UNIVERSE HAS ALWAYS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE, THERE IS NO REAL TIME BUT THE CHANGING OF THINGS.
Everything China does is mega sized, revolutionary, extraordinary, cutting edge, etc. etc. China invents everything new. In fact, I'd never heard of tofu dreg construction until China developed it.
Well considering China had just recently disclose the fact that they’ve created a new manufacturing process for steel that’s extremely high temperature and radiation resistant. And is able to produce it on an industrial scale. A thorium reactor isn’t that improbable. In fact, the steel originally was supposed to be for nuclear fusion reactor construction. And nuclear fusion reactors produce way more heat than a fission reactor

I like the videos thank you .
Thank you for the information, it was interesting!!
I like this
What are they doing with all that nuclear waste !
They probably are putting it into our food and the goods they sell us! Lol
It's mixed in with drinking water in most major cities.
Didn't know used thoreum in metal production
Damn how much money did they spend??

Yup...and life on Mars is great. 😊
Good news that there won't be much nuclear waste

Thankee Kindly God - good to know!
Gracious. You accept a universe without beginning. How do you feel about a creator...
@@billhester8821 No creator, the creator was a creation of human ignorance.
God created the heavens and the earth.
Worthless Input-and you know this HOW? EXACTLY
Yes you're right, they always build something interesting for the rest of the world

how do you mine for thorium and where is it found....
they answered: it's a byproduct of rare earth mining
So something the west discovered 100s of years ago 😂
Correct but sadly wasn't used at scale due to the difficulties in producing nuclear weapons with the waste...
Learning to control atoms is the way of the future
This guy acts like China cars about losing half there people they don't care if there's going to be a issue down the road
Go China
I'm reporting YOU for impersonating WATOP! 😂
Sounds promising and all that BUT it's a new technology and it needs to be tested. Americans couldn't do it so it's a question if China handles

Sounds like a CCP propaganda advert
Watop
As usual and expected. The caption is a fraudulent expectation.
Voice is so hyped and politically sounding could not watch . Please just shut up
