It was a great explanation I am doing research for which I want the dataset to train the AI model to optimize directed energy deposition using laser can you provide me with that
What about DED are you trying to optimize? I'm writing a Literature Review on this for class. Are you thinking in-situ or post processing AI (ML) implementation. The biggest issue is gathering the copious amounts of data concerning the area you'd like to optimize.
Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Transportation, R&D, etc. Powder usually has a much higher quality surface finish directly after deposition than wire, so it can use less post processing.
Amazing metal 3D printing machines
It's Beautiful
Blown powder? Could we get some rough parameters perchance?
2:33 Look so clean just using DED techique. You make some CNC on it to make it more smoth surface?
Wow simple but creative I love it
Simple? You don't know what you talking about.
which software did you use to design the iso grid structure?
thanks!

Nice machine and nice music! What song is this?
What is the resolution in thickness (minimum) that can be printed based on optimal height to thickness ratio?
The minimum wall thickness is 0.8mm.
You're using powder for depositing? Generally what industries use this technology?
Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Transportation, R&D, etc. Powder usually has a much higher quality surface finish directly after deposition than wire, so it can use less post processing.
@@beammachines thank you :)
@AddUp - DED Machines so this works by feeding a wire?
Which software have you being used for toolpath generation?
Anything 5axis. That's not the point.
Rocket nozzle?
It is a demo part that could be a rocket nozzle.
How many axis?
yes
@@jamsheeddevotee7588 😂
Rocket nozzle? (2nd)
It is a demo part that could be a rocket nozzle.
No, it would very quickly fail due to a lack of apparent cooling system. Cool geometry, but not a rocket part.
Big @$$?
I love jobs that use Inco625 as a dissimilar material to the parent. Seems quite common for high spec parts these days.
what aloy it is?
