Keep it coming. Nice top end I saw 34. Good thing that those tires are not so expensive. Can’t wait to see the biscayne up and running and see how that head performs. 👍🇱🇷⚙️
Consider taking your new planned larger rear sprocket and cut the center out so that is fits over the existing rear sprocket and is held in place by 4 or 5 bolts that go threw your existing sprocket teeth. The overlay sprocket will have 1/2 a hole for the bolt and the other half is the sprocket. We had these back in the 70's for our trail bikes. For a weekend of trail ridding we would throw on the overlay and add a peace of chain and for street driving to work we would go back to stock. You might do the math and decide to go back to the stock front???? Love to follow your channel. It's real and transparent when it comes to overcoming problems.
Always looking forward to your next adventure. I hope you would be as excited as I am with my latest acquisition and thing I am looking forward to driving just as it is for now. Sunday night I bought a 1955 Packard Clipper Constellation that was taken in on trade 25 years ago at a economy lot. The owner of the lot drove it a couple days, liked how it ran and drove, had visions of restoring, and parked it where it sits behind his business for all this time. A few hours after I bought this car Jay Leno uploaded a video about his 1955 Packard Caribbean, that told me it was a meant to be for me. lol. Ever in Michigan feel free to say hi.
This was a perfect video. You gave us just a little extra content (the mustang). The actual content. A great section with beautiful scenery and dope music. Then a speed up version with more great camera angles. And you finished by giving us something to look forward to in future videos. Freaking awesome man. Keep it coming
Isaac I love these videos with this bike that you're building I myself just started learning how to build these bikes I built my first one here in New York City and I just I just like these bikes man your channels inspire me to start building my own go-karts ,mini bikes ,motorized bicycles and more thank you guys so much thank you keep on doing what you doing and we'll keep on watching.
Ike, your chain tensioner is likely making a ton of drag, and from a low HP/trq motor, it is going to be noticeable - especially at such a steep angle - you might consider removing links until you barely need the tensioner, and tighten with sliding the rear wheels
I really doubt the tensioner is causing any considerable amount of drag, ive had a few doodlebugs and the tensioner never held back either with the 3hp or the 6.5hp
that bike is awesome. I did a 30 series tourqe converter on a 79cc minibike a few years back . it didn't increase the top end but it shure would lift the front wheel up
Iv got 2020 phatmoto...put a 212 on it brother and all the power you will ever want will be there...its a beast ...youv built enough of them you know the power they make...
You doing the lump port, with the short bolt with pipe plug, deal, I couldn't help but to put a turbo on that 6cylinder, use the stock intake and exhaust manifold, just run a pipe over to the passenger side, with a turbo flange, and some 1/2" flat bar, 1/8", to make bracing, run a piece of 2-2.25" pipe to a flange to fit the intake, and a Rochester 2bbl from a 350, or a 5002bbl HOLLEY on the intake side,. Or 3 singles with a blow through, make a steel intake, with a carb per port , then connect them, with a piece of 1" tubing, just below the carb flange, use 90° 1.75" maybe 2" elbows, with a 2" piece of 4" sq tubing, about 1/8" wall, with 3/8" flange on the head, the 1" tube connecting the carbs keeps the vacuum signal on the carbs, and hanging the carbs in front of the ports evens out the flow, make the runners long as possible, 1.75" would probably be good , keeping up port energy, making plenty of TQ, the turbo will make up for the top end hp, somewhat, the last thing you want on a 6cyl, is a lazy port, they crappy on low end anyway, but a 700r4 trans, or a 4 or 5dpeed will make a major difference in performance, it will run more like a wore out v8 needing a tuneup, I wish I still had mine,
That's a pretty good speed,Isaac.I tried a 50 tooth, and now run a 56t.Both are good. The 56 dropped top out to @24mph,but it gets there Quick.I have to be careful to not wheelie now too.(66cc 2-cyl. on 26"Mt.Bike too)It's really what you want for trails.I rode through a field with grass taller than my hands w/no probs.
I have one. But it's an 80cc 2smoke. Built on a "hyper" brand beach cruiser. Floats like a dream. But best part is I can do 45mph. W a new upgraded carb & maybe even a smaller rear sprocket (currently run a 36 tooth) I could go well beyond that.but I really don't wanna exceed the 50 mph range on it honestly. I know that I got this build from ur bro n all, but telling ya man...80cc 2 stroke,no tav or ctv, beefy rear rim, a cnc rear sprocket adapter(not rag joint sandwich spoke mess) & your rolling w traffic all day long. Only down side to my build is w the 2stroke & such small rear sprocket on it I have to pedal up to jogging speed then I can give it throttle.(also helps extend clutch pad life)but hey it IS still a bike so I don't mind.& To start just release clutch when you've reached jogging speed,& VROOM,fires to life. Just lil info for anyone interested. Major gas savers,You'll get like 70 mpg(I do) & such a fun way to cruise around town.wish everybody could experience one,BUT I DO LOVE YOUR BUILDS OVERALL LOOK &FUNCTION(built in tank,so jealous) ISAAC TOTALLY AWESOME MAN. I just like to go a little faster🚲💨
Yes I would to see more of the bike very interesting video. Keep thinking of Johns gas tank video with all the holes the yellow motorized bike with the self contained tank sure needs to be kept clean and empty if in storage I would think, thanks again you can sure figure out how to improv anything
Like the dimples on a golf ball, on the inside of your intake. 😁 Isaac, when are ya gonna get some 70's small cc Euro mopeds... you know... with pedal cranks...... I'm surprised you don't already play around with them... your brother being a bicycle guy, and you being a bit of a bike guy.... I ride a 78 Kromag - Puch (Swinger 2) I've put 5k on her clock in around 4 years, with a 70cc DMP piston port, a small 14, now 15mm honest Bing, and a couple little pea shooter pipes at the other end. (She'll cruise at around 48mph all day long, for days, or push to 50 for a few miles, including a load of gear on-board.)
We use to race a 6 banger class back in the day we would put in the bigger vavles but all so we shave the head 125th as well and then the engine could run with the small block engines and keep and out run then. So if I were you I'd shave the head if you have it so fare shaving the head really makes a big power up grade for these 6 bangers
If you can, shim the secondary clutch so the belt sits higher in the clutch & that will give you a better bottom end. I do it to my ATV's and can go from not being able to pull wheelies to pulling throttle wheelies...big difference!
Oh yeah one more thing I've found with these engines. If it's anything similar in power to a 79cc Predator then it'll want a bottom gear ratio of 15:1 or 13:1 at its tallest with a 26" wheel.
Dude - Get up off the floor and work like a gentleman!! Take $100 down to the home depot, get some lumber, and build a nice 4x8 work bench. Pro tip - Use 1/2" MDF for the bench top.
When you port a intake you want it as smooth as possible and bigger the hole the more air and fuel you let in, and port the exhaust side to. What goes in must come out the same way! Big and smooth.
David Floer you don’t want it mirror finish smooth, though - like Ike said a little roughness actually helps. It’s similar to the reason golf balls fly further if they have dimples rather than being perfectly smooth.
@@emma.j.nation Golf balls are a bit different then a intake! Intakes aren't flying through the air, air is flying through the intake, the smoother the better. Why would anyone put a blower or a turbo on a engine and then not port it smooth? If you have turbulence, there is not even flow. I might be wrong, if you want power, you don't block it!
You should switch out that 250 in the 68 to a 292 the increase in torque would be worth it. You can tell the difference by the height of the side cover. Hope this helps.
I like your vids and the vids you do on cars and camera i live in Puerto Rico and me and a some others in Puerto Rico have motorized bikes but we use other motors and cruser bikes and the same bike you have too
Sorry I'm late. Drill holes in the rear chain wheel and mount a bigger sprocket to it. I have a adjustable rebuildable race clutch. I'm using the yellow sport springs .
I think that gunk out of the tank was some sort of sealant. There was way too much of it to be just from fuel and it looked too stringy. My theory is that some years ago a previous owner put a bunch of it in trying to seal most likely a rusty tank. Then as the car sat this stuff dried out nicely. Now that you have the car and started putting fresh fuel in this sealant got softened up enough to get runny and ran out.
Ike please tell me what spacer or what I need to use when removing the lower leaf spring on my 92 c1500 like you did in the video of installing drop shackles on your cheyenne truck i cant see what u used is it washers or what? Im getting my liscence here very soon and want a hot rodded truck lol would appreciate the info thanks
Keep up with the bike. It is different from all the other things going on right now. Who hasn't thought of powering that bike sitting in the garage........wait! Isn't that how the motorcycle got started at the turn of the last century? Think of where this could go with the technology we have today that they didn't back then. Nah! It's just fun! Hey Isaac that's good keep up the good work I like your videos I want to see that 68 Impala done that seems like it being nasty little six good luck with it
Just got the new 2022 big tire. With the current gearing here in the mountains I need more power and less speed to hit these old forest trails. do you know your current ratio or have any ideas as to improve it's climbing ability?
I don't know if it's possible without the frame of this bike interfering with the chain, but you will notice a huge difference by deleting the chain tensioner. Its a power robber.
I’m probably really late to the party here, but does your chassis have undercoating on it? That gunk looks to me like the tank started leaking gas through rubberized undercoating.

I think its cool doing the bike but wouldn't a Honda CT90 pretty much achieve the same goal for a small displacement dual sport that is about bicycle size?
I gotta say first, I like what you do on both channels. But it does break my heart to not see you putting that lathe to use. That sprocket would've been a perfect little job for you to practice with if you're not really familiar with one. I'll answer any questions I can about running one, if needed. Have a good one.

To bad you couldn't put a sprocket cluster on the wheel and have it so ya can switch gears on the run like a reg bicycle ...I'm sure there is a way but anyways great lil vid and godbless
I think I need to get rid of that Governor, oh and did I mention stronger Valve Springs, oh and Polish and Port with bigger Valves, oh and Bore it Maxed, did I mention more Chrome? Damn Gearheads, gotta love'em.. Cool Bike Mate! 👍 👀
Man those heads are cast thin. I hope you run a MLS gasket or you are going to have to deal with the gasket blowing as much as Cleetus does. Now you need to get rid of the "torque-a-verter" (as in it averts torque) and put an actual clutch on that thing and a gearbox of some sort (maybe mountain bike gears?) so you can dump the clutch and be able to instantly have the torque instead of waiting for the centrifical to spin up. Plus with more gears you'll have bottom end and high end and be able to get some real speed out of it.
I'd be terrified of doing more than 25-30 on a push bike. I have seen some one pushing an electric conversion to 60+ though. The bike was shaking like a crack addict.
How possible is it to get you to make a bolt for that torque converter for me if I pay you ? I am going to order one in a couple of days, but live in apartment and don't have space to fabricate !!

Could you list out your alterations to the moto? Is this the same one your brother beefed up the forks on?
So far its just the forks which have been discontinued and a torq converter from gopowersports with a 9 tooth on the converter and a 50 on rear
Ill do another video on front forks in a few months
Thanks. This is why I keep coming back to watch your channel. Stand up guy!
To bad you couldn't put a sprocket cluster on the wheel and have it so ya can switch gears on the run like a reg bicycle ...I'm sure there is a way but anyways great lil vid and godbless
Howdy, Please tell me what kind of upgraded suspension fork you put on that yellow bike??
My brother did it for me at all out bikes in four oaks nc. He told me this fork kit is no longer available but there are other forks. Give him a call
@@isaacitllbefine7231 Thank you!
I have a 2020 model i love it.. But does need the gov.. Deleted.. I got min up to 37..
Enjoy your skills , thanks
I'd be terrified of doing more than 25-30 on a push bike. I have seen some one pushing an electric conversion to 60+ though. The bike was shaking like a crack addict.
Check out my 212 build I've hit 68mph and it's terrifyingly scary!!(=
If you need to reseal your asphalt that stuff is perfect for it
Keep up the good videos.
It's about time you brought a small lathe to do the alterations you do, it would make your jobs easy.
Ok love what your doing. Keep it up
Nice bike, fast enough.
I did enjoy your video Ike Funnier then heaven bro!
How possible is it to get you to make a bolt for that torque converter for me if I pay you ? I am going to order one in a couple of days, but live in apartment and don't have space to fabricate !!
