I agree that it sounds like the protagonist or side character is facing a tough enemy and can't beat him until the end when the protagonist/side character wins by the skin of their teeth. That or side character dies

I love the Abigail Williams influence in this one. I keep coming back to this because I feel like I’ve found something that didn’t make the cut for ITSOATS, but still kicks ass in the classic AW fashion. The riff at 3:34 only reinforces my point. Great job.
