Uhm actually, it’s not true. ToDC technically has an outside on floor 10, due to the tightrope that is leading to the winpad. The raw difficulty of CoWS is 7.99, while ToDC is 8. (or more) This gives an obvious example ToDC < CoWS in JToH’s inaccurate and blatant raw difficulties. 🤓
