Calling Rora as sub dancer and Pharita as sub visual is an insult! Did you forgot what Rora did on Jenny From The Block? Her dance moves are fast and smooth. And Pharita is a former teen beauty pageant winner.

Pharita had rap in her trainee program, but she didn't have a rap part in Baemon's songs so we can't really say she's a sub rapper. If she has a rap part in a new song I'll update the video. And I think Asa is main dancer and Ruka main rapper :)
In fact, Chiquita is the proven main dancer (been performing solo dances for 2NE1 and Forever while the other one performed none). Proven center (been in center more often than anyone since trainee), Lead vocalist (good vocal but techniquely still far from Rami / Ahyeon) Rapper (gotta hear her rap first can't judge now, can we?).
She did rap in the Sheesh original version, and it was pretty well. And her dance is great but i still think she's lead dancer, Ruka and Asa are better dancers. She's at the same level than Rami for dance
