Hapco's standard Aluminum Poles are highly versatile and designed for use with both Drilled or Tenon Mount fixtures. They offer a range of Pole/Arm combinations that include popular arm designs in the industry. These poles are available with various anchorage options, including anchor base and direct burial, and come in different shaft styles such as Round Tapered Aluminum (RTA), Round Straight Aluminum (RSA), and Square Straight Aluminum (SSA).
Constructed from the finest quality seamless extruded tubes of Aluminum Alloy 6063 for round shafts and arms, or Aluminum Alloy 6xxx for square shafts, Hapco ensures that their poles meet the stringent requirements of ASTM B221. To enhance strength and durability, all shafts are heat-treated after welding to a T6 temper (with square shafts treated to a T5 temper).
In terms of finishes, Hapco utilizes a powder coat that complies with the AAMA 2604 standard, offers anti-graffiti options, and provides a lifetime warranty on their aluminum poles, making them a reliable and cost-efficient choice in the market.
