Argenti is great. He shows up, and within 5 minutes; 1. Flirts with a plant 2. Flirts with March 3. Flirts with the player character 4. Challenges you to a duel. He is perfect.
She was cooking for a second with Blade and Jingliu and than she threw it all away with giving Black Swan 3 and 9 to Misha .... Also giving Argenti 2 while complaining all the time about practicality is crazy ...
One of the many reasons to always just build who you like. I built Herta and Himeko as two of my first mains, then built Argenti when he came out too, all before Pure Fiction came out. When it did, I was laughing at everyone who criticized me as I cleared it easily without needing to build a single other character

They had similar moments in the last one too lol I think the truth is very few people actually judge things purely on practicality but instead many just use it as an excuse to justify their tastes
For toons she does genuinely like practicality a bit but certain characters just don’t appeal to her. It’s the same way that I see sampo and I hate his outfit even disregarding my personal feelings about him. Nobody is perfect with this kind of stuff but it was a fun time to make either way :)
I mean in a universe with extremely advanced tech and space magic plate armor isn't that practical, just like most weapons in game except for Celestial Jade tiles.

Hey now just because an opinion is different doesn’t inherently make it bad. I will say the consistency wasn’t fantastic by any means but I think we all have our own biases from time to time lol. I wanted someone who really didn’t interact with this art style very much and I got what I asked for

Liked black swan for the most part, the new stellaron hunter had a sick design and I hate sparkle! Firefly is also a delightful character she was such a nice presence during the story. I really do want more information about literally every character though
the practicality thing was kinda crazy to consider when most of the characters who got points detracted for nor being practical enough and having ribbons aren't even fighters in the traditional sense of the word . like theyre not being shipped to the front lines on a regular basis (like tingyun and qingque are civil servants sort of so i feel like they can afford to get silly with it when it comes to their outfit choices lol🤔
