Teignmouth Golf Club 2015 #Posture. More on courser fun with Mark Crossfield AskGolfGuru, James Pickard, Steve Buzza and Matthew Lockey. This is the 1st 2015 golf course vlog where the guys battle it out at Teignmouth Golf Club in the winter golf special. Play your best golf and have doing so with Mark's fun and easy to follow golf videos.

I've said it before and I'll say it again ... These are the only course vlogs I can actually watch all the way through because of the great golf and greater fun being had. The others are way too boring. Keep it up, great stuff!

I absolutely love playing in these conditions. Makes me miss my time in Scotland. Here in Texas it is either blazing hot, or torrential downpour with extreme lightning.

Mark, how cold is it across the pond? It's about 15 degrees (F) in the Washington DC area, and I'm pretty sure I'd break my hands trying to hit the ball (or hit it #blockeystyle)!
Not quite that cold. I love a couple hours drive from Mark and at its lowest last week it was 23F (-5c). But it's actually a little warmer now, more like 45F (8c)

All the courses around me are playing off mats on the fairway over the winter months that is why I am asking.....?
No the fairway ain't covered in mats. In Scotland a lot of course's don't allow players to play off the fairway in winter months, ,they have to play of mats if they are on the fairway (these mats are take with the plays throughout the round

mikey shore I saw that at St. Andrews about 15 years ago . When the Open was going to be held there the following July every golfer was issued with a "prayer-mat", a piece of astro-turf about 2ft by 1ft , and given strict instructions to play the ball without using it ONLY from hazards , the rough , and on the greens .
A bit annoying when you've just paid a hefty green-fee to play an all-time classic course !
