Gorgeous boat and nice review. Bow hatch isnt any sort of live-well. Livewells typically have aeration and will be deep for less water movement. It could be a cooler or keep fish on ice, though.
That little shelf that obscures the steering cables etc... is it rock sturdy? From far it looks a bit flimsy. I wonder why there could not have been an integrated compartment or ledge glassed-in to the hull.
Yes, it is rock sturdy like we're used to with Whaler. It is far from flimsy and works well. And yes, it could have been something integrated into the hull but I personally think this works better as it can be removed also. This can be useful if you need to repair or replace something after many years.
