@@g-mc4507 They can both be made to work with only a foot pedal. I've made that modification to Mec in the past and now a Spolar with the PW electric drive.
thanks for the video. I am completely new to this brand. I found it today actually. I was wondering what is the best progressive shotshell reloader they make and would you know how it compares to the spolar gold shotshell reloader?
The P/W 800 Pus requires very little lubrication. A little of their STOS lube on the guide posts and some on the slot in the upper link that moves the rack. That is it.
Great auto set up. Simple. Nicest I've seen.
I think the Ponsness/Warren 800 Plus IS THE BEST loader out there and it is about half the price of a Spolar Gold!
seems like it would be beneficial to allow a foot pedal to advance the drive, this way both your hands are free to work.
I know. Makes no sense. Same way with the auto drive mec

Have you tried loading the hull and the wad both with the left hand? Seems like that would be more efficient.
Very nice set up, I just got a 800 plus 12 gauge with 410 tool head. Any chance you would make a vid on oiling an greasing it up??

Gotcha, just thought a vid would be nice, from a pro.
There is a foot control version of the Ponsness/Warren Auto-Drive for those that prefer it.
