It never ceases to amaze me how some people have the mind that can be so creative to come up with a concept invention and the skill ability to make it a reality. My hat is off to you and backed with respect.
i feel the same as you, man. I have so many ideas in my head that would work if I could ever get to point Z. The problem arises at the point of kickoff. How do you take the end result, and rebuild that, BACKWARDS, in order to get to point A from point Z. Remarkable
I was surprised at the size of the motor that runs this thing. I work in a power plant and we have motors that size running MASSIVE pumps that move tens of thousands of gallons of water per minute. At least you know that motor isn't working too hard and should never give out on you! Cool setup.
Only problem with this setup, is my gun locker would grow every week. I couldn't walk out of a gun store without a new gun a week, and would just grin if they asked if I needed any ammo.
Beautiful job of machining and it's even painted Dillon Blue. I'm guessing the operator has a deadman of some sort in the event of a glitch. Very professional job. Please sell these as an aftermarket accessory!!!!! I'm in for one.
A regular Dillon super 1050 is about $1600.00 US. They you add the Mr. bullet feed and the Ponsnas warren auto drive. You are probably look at between $2500.00 and $3000.00 for a set up like that. My manually operated XL 650 set me back about $1200.00 including the extra bits like the case feeder and stuff. Dillon gear is REALLY PRICEY but worth every penny.
Nice!!! Do you any problem or malfunction... for instance is some bullets don't index properly and lock the press, how would the motor would act regarding some "unusual resistance force"? Anything plan to just stop, rotate back for a turn and try again?
VERY nice setup!!! That is one honkin' motor driving that machine, looks like a three-phase unit...! No problems with Berdan-primed cases, just turn them into Boxer-primed ones with all that torque :) Very smooth-running as well. If I may ask, who made the auto-drive since you mention it is not a Ponsness-Warren? Thanks for uploading this, it is great gun p0rn!
Are you trying to punk us? Dillon are the most common reloaders in the world. Visit any hunting store on the planet or simply visit Dillons webshop at dillonreloading.com. The periferals will however take you 3 seconds to identify, mr bulletfeeder and so forth. You can get an electrical engine with gearbox and a rod at ANY electrical store on this planet, or you can pay for the "original" ponsness warren motor that sux crap (I know). I dont know why you dont think ANYONE can own the most common famous brand worldwide reloader, you just pay for it like theres no bottom at your wallet and it's yours - congratulations!
very nice build but i noticed it doesnt look like those leads are seated completely but it might just be the brand you are using im used to seeing them seated a tad bit further but it might just be me :)
I know u said it was just a project. Do u mind if I ask what is the rough cost to do something like that. I'm new to reloading and I also want to plink around whenever without having to buy all the time
Exactly , and that's why this was purely a project that I wanted to implement for me personally . Now I have done this and gain the experience and tested this. I load all of my ammunition by hand nowadays. With 100% control of the different processes. /
Great machine. What is the HP of that motor? It looks like you are using a similar final drive RMP of 20 like the Auto drive. What is the torque for the motor and gear setup? I am only asking because I am looking to automate a hand operated machine that also uses a hand pull with similar resistance to an ammunition loader. My machine is more of a crimping tool. Great machine by the way. The gearbox is the most impressive part of your creation by the way.
That drive motor is a beast, gotta be at least one HP. The only real limit to cycle speed is how fast the powder and bullets can drop into the cases...how fast have you cranked this beast up?
he is using a Dillon 1050 reloading press with a "Mr. Bullet Feeder" and a "Ponsness/ Warren" auto-drive system... this set up is the Ferrari of the reloading world... and about at pricey as one too :-P pretty much every shooters reloading dream here.
We made this autodriver, like a fun Project. I have now sold this auto unit, Think its was a fun Project, but i prefer to reload only with the 1050 /Handreload, much more feeling and quality in the end. my 5 cents
how much did it sell for and would you like to make another. I have disablilities with my shoulders. this would make reloading alot easier for me. especially if I also had a foot peddle. would it work on a Dillon Xl 650.
It never ceases to amaze me how some people have the mind that can be so creative to come up with a concept invention and the skill ability to make it a reality. My hat is off to you and backed with respect.

Toolness1 d
not even close to a 4160V. 2200 HP BFP.
Only problem with this setup, is my gun locker would grow every week. I couldn't walk out of a gun store without a new gun a week, and would just grin if they asked if I needed any ammo.
I love the mechanism for rotating the bullets the right way up, that's very clever.
i don't think it would be cost effective to buy one but i'm very impressed with there mechanical skills and ingenuity
Excellent rig setup. Makes me want to mess with automating one. Lots of hours and tweaking the first time out for sure. Nice work.
Now that a perfect reloading setup. No manual labor at all.
Did anyone else notice the empty shell in the collection bin? Awesome video man.
The speed is adjustable!
Man this thing is great! I'm impressed
It's hypnotic.....go shoot...go shoot...go shoot... every time it cycles
A little automation and a little DnB is a good day 🤘🏼
Beautiful job of machining and it's even painted Dillon Blue. I'm guessing the operator has a deadman of some sort in the event of a glitch. Very professional job. Please sell these as an aftermarket accessory!!!!! I'm in for one.
Me too
Amazing! A thing of beauty.
Bloody mesmerizing.
This one must be the semi automatic version, I've seen the full auto spitting out fifty bullets per second.
Funny
🤣🤣🤣
I'm looking at bolt action version right now. Conversion semi auto kit will be nice.
this is just beautiful
Ohhhh baaaaby.....!!
Great setup!
Very nice set up, and video presentation. Thank you.
Thanks buddie.
PERGITE TacticalProjects
How is the press doing now?
How much does it cost?
Awesome the techno music good editing makes it all shady
Home bullet factory! What's not to love?
LOL love that name "Wiederlader" perfect name for a reloader, great video.
Wow! What a machine! I want one! Make that two!
it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas :)
Pergite77 congrats, very good machine the dillon 1050
Greetings, the paple
This is art!
if you patented this and had Dillon make them, I would so get one to fit 308.

Want one too. Great Setup.
wiederladerTv Thanks, its awesome.
Awesome indeed! nice job
how much to buy a set up like this? Very interested.
how much would u charge to build me one for .45 acp
id be willing to pay 5 to 7 thousand
Stunning!
Wow. That is too legit.
Brilliant!
Vilken jävla apparat :D Häftigt!
Man we are in a pandemic Crank the speed on the puppy. ............................. yes realize this was made in 2012.
I would pay good money to get one. I am getting a Dillon this Monday.
I'd install a scale so when complete, each round would be weighed prior to going into inventory
nice engineering....... bravo.
just brilliant...
Well done! A 1050 is out of my wallet range, but this would be insane for .223.
Nice!!! Do you any problem or malfunction... for instance is some bullets don't index properly and lock the press, how would the motor would act regarding some "unusual resistance force"? Anything plan to just stop, rotate back for a turn and try again?
Phil Smith my wonder exactly
Consider the photoeyes' on each position. If a shell is out of place it will stop. It's programmed conditional not just mechanical.
What motor did you use and how did you gear it down? Nice smooth operation
Very Very Nice. Thanks for the vid.
Super nice.... however, would it feel like this setup take away from the"hobby"?
Not if the hobby is engineering and range time!
Very cool!
Dang that's cool
WOW itp perfect:)
What kind of safety systems does your autodrive have? Does it shut down if the powder alert goes off? Does it stop when the primer tube is empty?
Just sold it! Lots of other projects running!
That is the best piece of gun porn ever! Someday I will have a setup like that, but for now i'll cintinue rockin my little lee single stage.
Inte minst effektiv.. :)
VERY nice setup!!! That is one honkin' motor driving that machine, looks like a three-phase unit...! very neat but only great if they make it for the public to own...

i have to have one
Thx Bud!
I know u said it was just a project. Do u mind if I ask what is the rough cost to do something like that. I'm new to reloading and I also want to plink around whenever without having to buy all the time
wow.
If the press jams is there a torque sensor to stop the motor, or does it continue to jam destroying the press?
What station did you replace with the bullet feeder? Powder measure check?
maybu punching out primers before and maybe he size the cases and do the primers then
Does this ever malfunction?
bullets the wrong way, light primer press, bad bullet seating?
Exactly , and that's why this was purely a project that I wanted to implement for me personally . Now I have done this and gain the experience and tested this. I load all of my ammunition by hand nowadays. With 100% control of the different processes. /
+PERGITE TacticalProjects So you don't use this setup anymore? What was the failure rate?
I’ve seen the motorized kit before , I though it was commonly available ?
We made this 2011. now days its common.
Do you have information or plans on your set-up? I'm wanting to get automated with my Super 1050 also.
How much for all that? Very nice

This is not a Ponsnas warren auto drive, it is a custom made drive with a lot of trix built into the Electro box :)
That drive motor is a beast, gotta be at least one HP. The only real limit to cycle speed is how fast the powder and bullets can drop into the cases...how fast have you cranked this beast up?
I'm looking to automate a Magma Case Master Jr. Its a push through case sizer. I think I could modify this to work. Where can I get one?
Hi, can you tell me who made the bullet feeder?
What is the motor? Looks to variable speed. I have a project on mind and need motor similar. Great job
Greate machine. Did u build it yourself?
awesome forsure , but kind of slow. is there a way you can speed it up?
battfieldsniper1 yes, with a controlunit,
Talk about setting the bar high....
EXCELLENT. What is minimum and max. production rates.??
Buzz Lightyear Lookalike// AKA Woodie the occaisional male chauvinist pig 1,000-1,200 rnds an hour
do those bullet feeders work with wadcutter bullets?
Thats Awesome! I have a dillion 1050. You ever had any crashes and smashes with that thing? Isn't there a newer model out there?
what is the production rate per minutes ?
This was a project we did 10-12 years ago... think it was really fast, but changed to manuell drive for quality matchammo.
What's your new hobby? it's obviously not reloading. It's like a Ronco "Set it and forget it". How enjoyable..
I dont know if you have it Patent Pending, but I have some questions for the autodrive motor.
Motor is kinda overkill but very nice :)
Where can I get one that’s awesome
my mistake. its still super cool
he is using a Dillon 1050 reloading press with a "Mr. Bullet Feeder" and a "Ponsness/ Warren" auto-drive system... this set up is the Ferrari of the reloading world... and about at pricey as one too :-P pretty much every shooters reloading dream here.
Please enter the parameters of the engine and gearbox. Preferably with a factory number :).
You done away with the powder check station for the bullet feed? That's dangerous.
Can I order one of these? If so, where can I order it from? How much?
I WANT!!
Any how to build the automated system
word!!
What are each of the stages?
Living on the egde buddie :)
where do you buy this auto loader. are they still avaliable
We made this autodriver, like a fun Project.
I have now sold this auto unit, Think its was a fun Project, but i prefer to reload only with the 1050 /Handreload, much more feeling and quality in the end. my 5 cents

My guess? Expensive as hell..
I lub AMERICA!
damn !
Can you share the specs?
where can I buy 4 of these machines??? URGENT
I have the dillion 1050. just need the motorized unit
How can you make a Dillion 1050 have the auto slug pleacement
How much dose this cost?
SasquatchyCowboy
So how much was it
