You can always tell the ones that have never been on a mc. 1st off there's a motor on the bike so don't stearing it like it lean into the curve. 2nd clutch is slipping like a mofo. 3rd want to gain 10mph with out chaining anything on your bike. Get out the damn wind. Lean down, sitting up your torso is creating drag. Put some pegs on the back put your feet back there and lean down get out the wind you'll gain 10 mph just doing that. And that works on any motor set up and on any bike. Even riding my triumph Daytona 675R sitting up to leaning down gains 10mph. So get out the wind. Clutch slip is an easy fix as well. You don't need the so called 600 lbs clutch. You'll have. Nothing but cable problems. Brake cables is not designed for that much weight. So the cable will fail over time. In stead go to your auto parts store and get a set of cermic brake pads. You'll need a grinder and thin cutting disc. Lay a clutch pad on the brake shoe trace it out then cut it. Use a wood Chisel to remove from pad. You'll only need half of what's in there so space them out ever other one. Oh and clean both pressure plates one on motor side and one on outer side. Make sure they have a sucfed surface not a slick one. I can do burn outs and ride wheelies on my China doll which is pretty much stock except laser balanced crank and chaged the 10 tooth sprocket to a 13 tooth running a 44 tooth rear and I'm hitting speeds in the 60s. Its your set up and how you ride is what's keeping you from going fast. Cermic sealed bearings for both front and rear and you don't need a Rear tire use two front wheels just don't Put a chain on that side. Do not use a chain tensioner. Go look at motorcycles see if they have them. No the do not so why on earth should you have one on your bike. Because it's a one size fits all kit. And it's a liability issue. Learn how to shorten your chain the correct way. There's more to it the a chain press. You have to smash the pins back or they will come back apart. The less things between your motor and wheel gear means more torque which equals more power. Learn how to adjust your carb by pulling the plug. Lots of videos show you how to jet but not pulling the plug seeing what it'd doing and going to a cooler or hotel plug with a leaner or richer jet. And has a lot to do with fuel and oil mix. Make sure your oils is for air cooled motors and not out board motors. Out boards are also water cooled. Line trimmers blowers etc are air cooled there is a difference. And your mix is determined by your area. Your climate, ground level has a lot to do with your mixture. Going leaner isn't good for your internals. You should have a slight light Grey smoke every now and then. That's how you tell you got your mix right. Try to use none ethanol gad with a good octane booster like royal purple. If you can get race gas like race blue mostly used at dirt tracks get it. Its 129 non ethanol gas. Start with a 40to1 ratio ride a bit don't see smoke add oil till you do. You will feel the difference. It will run more efficiently and lower running Temps thus putting out more power and speed. Don't expect to throw a stock motor kit on a basic bike and you run 50 mph. You have to set it up for the motor. And wear safety gear damn always wear some good padded gloves. First thing your gonna do when. Yiu fall and yiu will You'll put your hands out. 2nd get a motorcycle helmet and wear a jacket. I understand your not going 200 mph buy moat mc accidents happen under 50 mph. And hitting the ground with this motor kit won't be like hitting the ground when it wad just your bike. For one there is that gas tank. Line gets pulled gas comes out. Axle hits ground your on fire. Every revolution of the wheel the cpu thinks u are traversing more distance than u really are cuz a 26 in wheel covers more distance per revolution than a 24😂 in. This is skewing ur actual mph. Dont mean to burst ur bubble i just know u got an instrument not giving u correct data and wanted to let u know and how to resolve. Cool bike btw.
The hole in the top of the crank you know the thing the clutch goes thru the cable stop remove it look down into your crank you will see the internal pressure spring look for the slot now put a screwdriver down the hole into the slot on the disc at the end of the spring locking it from turning the crank is threaded and now if you push your bike. Back wards I believe the crank will turn the disc will not it will travel the threads on the crank this is how you add additional pressure plate spring pressure use small increases like say half to three quarters of a turn now you will feel this increase in that it will now take more pressure to pull in the lever adjust your outer clutch now and your done due to the quality of the stock clutch pads you will notice that each time you adjust the outer clutch that the geometry of the clutch arm changes and you have to move it now you seem pretty bright so pay attention when these moters are assembled the round rod that pushes the. Clutch ball is ground to length this is the problem if you want to avoid replacing the cable and moving the arm every couple of times you adjust the clutch here's what you do find a piece of round steel cut it to the length a half inch longer than the existing rod now you figure out the place to cut it the idea is to turn one part in the lathe to a smaller size so that it will thread into the other piece you dont turn the whole thing if you do it right when you thread the two pieces together you should end up with a duplicate of your original except that it's two pieces screwed together why do this because let's say you've worn a 16th off your clutch pads this doesn't sound like much but it changes everything so now you take off your side cover pull out the rod separate the. Two pieces and you put a 16th inch thick washer the same diameter as the rod of course screww it back together put it back together and adjust your outer clutch plate you dont have to take off the arm you dont even have to loosen the cable and by adding similar shims as your clutch w ears you can wear the pads down to nothing your clutch geometry remains the same throughout I reccomend getting after market pads synthetic they wear much better now if you replace pads you have to remove all the shims so your clutch rod is stock length agian be sure that when you put the two pieces together you always use loctite so the rod doesn't unscrew itself in fact I reccomend using loctite on every thing another tip go to the metric bolts at the hardware store and replace every bolt possible with a nice Allen screw machined bolt like side cover bolts the. ones that hold the two halves together and such it's much better than screwing around with cheap ass screws and bolts I hope this helps and if my directions suck reply and I'll try to explain better cool build good luck wear a helmet!

@@dirtesgarage8733 while you're answering questions what are all the extra lines for on the pwk carburetor? There's a bunch of videos of people installing and using them but nobody ever says what they are for. It comes with 4 and I'd imagine one would be a drain if you wreck and probably one for a breather maybe but if you do the math the 85cc needs a 22mm carburetor so I think it'll open it up especially after I get someone to make me a nice expansion chamber exhaust for it

its not by much
If you get zeda 80 and build proper aluminum cylinder minarelli it will go faster
Whats not proper about this set-up? Both are good platforms and kits available for both. Spoiler: i have a couple other bottom ends and planning to build another

U don’t have an air filter that’s why it’s going so fast Wait till a price of dirt gets in there and then your engine is blown
This frame has no room for a filter. Its fast because its built well and tuned decent, but yes the wrong piece of dirt in there could cause havoc

You need a bigger sprocket. Lol
Why bigger? Would top out wayyy faster. And it had all head bolts, they just mismatched lol
@@dirtesgarage8733 sounded like it was struggleling when you were going around and around.
Nah.. The hill i live on is pretty intense, starting from a stop and going up is asking a lot tbh
He doesn't need a bigger sprocket, he needs gears 😎
@@dirtesgarage8733 My first gear is almost 27:1 on a 26" hookworm with a 27" actual height. I have climbed the foothills of big bear for years without having to pedal. 3rd gear is my weeeeeeee at under 13:1 with a max of 9300 rpm.
53cc 4 stroke.
Yea it can barely pull u up hill n u appear to b a smaller fellow (not tryin to b mean just talkin ) so that’s just zero fun to me I mean if your just lookin for speed then cool but I went down that speed hole last year n came out limping forever now still ride everyday but just sayin b careful out there
Edit: your power band sounds sick
Keep in mind that hill is exceptionally steep with 2 sharp turns in it so starting from a stop trying to go up it doesn't work well. On normal riding it climbs hills well enough but yes a larger sprocket may be better for a more hilly area

@Douglas E Ott jr so you've never had or seen a set, probably never even heard of, these girvin forks

I love the frame tho iv been searching for that frame in 26 inch but they don't make it iv found it a few other places in that 24 inch
Hey bud you are def not hitting close to 60mph on a 70cc 24 in wheel bike. Your speedometer needs to be properly configured its defaulted to 26 in wheels and u need to set it to 24 in.
Well it's a gps speedometer so idk what you would calibrate
Try 420 chain more stronger
That hub adapter is gonna fuck up them spokes
Nah. It's not a cheap china one.. High quality made in usa

I run an aftermarket clutch that eliminates the internal preload spring. It uses 3 external springs and i have a sealed bearing pressed into the basket to eliminate the flopping bb's
@@dirtesgarage8733 cool you've. Evolved I live at 6000ft in Colorado I have a 66cc fulldresser beach cruiser iv only done some porting added an expansion chamber and some jetting no reed valve NFL spark plug this bike with eggs 125lbs i weigh close to the same it has a top speed of 40 but really likes thirty and here's the real kicker it gets close to 200mpg the only problem I've really encountered is a hill of 11 to 15 percent grade with no run I've figured out that it's the donut float in the nt carburetor and it will soon be cured by turning the carb to the side so that it's not flooding when you hit this abrupt angle other than that it drips up the hills around my county and nobody built one yet that even can compete I'm real proud of it of course it doesn't compare with the build you've done. But for a virtually stock china girl motor it kicks ass so just asking how much more rpms can the stock bottom end take over the 6000 factory ratings ?

Bore it out to like 85 you’ll go 60-70
I could go with like a stage6 sport kit or a better performing 70cc cylinder, or even port this cylinder better, and get up close to 70. Could maybe get 65 if i dropped the rear sprocket to a 28.
@@dirtesgarage8733 or if you want to go water cooled go with the drr atv top end those are sick
