In t=0:15, after the crossover break, you do not do the cha cha cha during in the In for a surprise but 4-1. Right?

Yes, that is correct. The surprise after each of the first two cross-over breaks is 4,1 and not the normal Cha,Cha,Cha (aka 4&1). Thanks for asking!
