1125899911842728 is a disc-one nuke seed. I was not the one to find it. It makes early game and hardcore modes a bit easier. It's downside is not starting close to an end portal but the problem with only swamp villagers selling Mending is easily solved. Be sure to use online seed map to locate all the cool stuff.
You are going to start in a taiga village close to a swamp with a witch house for making a farm of her drops. There is another village for pure chest looting at X 256 Z -160 (and a spot for iron ingot farm). Should you go to nether you will find yourself in a crimson forest where Ghasts don't spawn, hoglins get scared of mushrooms and piglins ignore gold armor users. You can make a nether portal at 0;0 in overworld coordinates to make it easier for spawn returning. Another nether portal build in nether can be right at the position of end stronghold. Build said portal at X 11 Z 205 to take effect. It's still crimson forest (but close to nether wastes where ghasts do spawn) and building an ice highway should not take too long but even without it it's a short walk.
