Flats has the ability to break into variety because his personality and character are much bigger then just the game he plays. I hope Flats realizes that almost all of us are here for the fun times and funny moments and not just to watch him flatten his opponents in an OW match. Part of this I think comes from how open and friendly Flats presents himself to his chat. I really feel like Flats is a rare type of content creator that really has the potential for amazing growth regardless of what he chooses to do with his stream. Many other content creators get trapped to trends and games that they started out in however Flats just shows unparalleled potential. I think that it might take some time for him to reach his full potential initially due to the growing pains that comes from the transition into variety. However I think that will be a small bump in the road compared to the long path of success he could realize as a creator. Honestly I can't wait to see Flats grow even more and I hope to see him become a household name like many other huge streamers. Much love to the man who inspires us all.

I would absolutely love to see flats play Ark. That game even though it’s not the greatest and is not visually pleasing, is still REALLY fun to play with friends.
In his first video of subnautica below zero that came out like a week ago he said that back in the day he played ark with his friends, but after a long time got tired of it and quit. He also said that he will not be playing ark again...
But I would love to see him picking it up again, or maybe play the remaster asa when it comes out....

Flats also had perhaps the best timing possible. With all of the other big TH-camrs going away, like Muselk, and others, there was such a content gap that Flats was the PERFECT person to fill it. Keep going man, we love ya ❤
I'm so happy Flats watched this cause I was curious if he'd see it. I like that he also gives thanks to not just the people that built him up like KarQ and Jay but also r3tro crap and some people who manage to be at the ready when Flats starts yelling. Just such a W community and I really feel the love here from everyone. It's so cool to be able to reflect like this on Flats' growth. I couldn't ever imagine him and the community growing this huge.

I found Flats years ago when Jayne was playing a few clips on his stream of this 'new tank player' who was a Rein god. I came for the Rein, stayed for the wheeze laugh. Best of luck in the future Flats!
The direction overwatch has gone has broken my heart. I started playing in 2018, and I've put around 2,000 hours into the game. I was never a PC FPS player before, but I put hours and hours into feeling competent at this game. It made me feel good to be 'the carry', etc. I was so excited for Overwatch 2 and PVE. Watching your videos has been a constant for me since around 2019. You filled the content void Blizzard left, and I'm not the only person who feels this way. You worked so hard for this game and believed in it more than Blizzard has in a long time. Between the PVE and Widow nerfs (she's my favorite :( Most of my hours have been working on improving my Widow.), I'm finally done with the game. It's just left me so broken-hearted, and I've had to accept Overwatch is never going to be Overwatch, again. It's lost the magic. But I'm sticking with you, because I genuinely believe you're one of the best humans streaming on twitch, and that's more important than an IP. Your support of marginalized communities and willingness to be vocal for them is incredible. You worked so hard for this game for so little return from it (the community's support of you aside.). You deserve to play things that make you as happy as your content has made other people.
The last part is especially important. I've only discovered flats sometime last year, but damn, even watching these few snippets from his past days shows a noticeable difference in how excited he used to get for the game then compared to now. I think he really needs to move on and do stuff that genuinely brings him fun and happiness again. I've stopped playing OW myself, but I enjoy watching Flats' react to stuff and listen to his stories and whatever he has to offer other than OW.

This is so heartwarming to watch. I personally very rarely look for super popular content creators to watch, because most of the time, they don't feel very down to earth or in touch with their community. It’s a sad reality that blizzard completely fucked us over - thanks flats for giving us a voice - Aussies got the shit end of the stick by blizzard a lot of the time too.
Sad that overwatch went this way, I’ve asked for a refund, no idea where I’ll go after this season, but I can’t see myself playing a game that lied so fucking hard to a community you built and provided a voice for.
All the good talent has left the overwatch team, thank you truely for the content you provided when I was going through the hard times and for keeping such a positive mindset through every change / buff / nerf or just outright stupid shit we had to endure, even I’ve considered season 6 as my last season for this game, the value just isn’t there for me, and we’d all be living a lie to stick around for more lies and promises not delivered. Crazy to think I've been watching flats for close to 4 years. I was surprised when I heard him say he gets 1-3k viewers since I didn't really know he popped off since I'm not a twitch user except I saw some of his videos getting amazing views on yt. It’s a popular game overall, but: the twitch viewer counts are not as high as one would expect. And honestly imo that’s mostly because it’s a pretty hard game to watch compared to play.
Having 1-3k viewers in an OW stream can be 10% of the current OW Twitch viewership!

With the amount of people that watch his roll for sandwich videos to the other content such as subnautica, he will always have a place in content creation.
