    Thanks, I used the Grasshopper for the first time, I had a problem with Boundary Surfaces, the left receiver could accept only one wire (idk the names forgive me haha) either from Relay or Rebuild Cruve.. later after flwing all instructions, the result was applied on both surfaces (tho Im pretty sure I selected the down surface)

    I have a couple problems with the exercice:
    1. when I Scale the Voronoi cell around 0.70/0.75 some cells create a surface inside of them. The vast majority have holes but some near the perimeter dont (i followed the tutorial step by step)
    2. Until the Extrusion everything works if I Scale it slightly smaller (0.60), but when the BoundingBox receives the Extrusion data it creates a boundingbox bigger than the Extrusion.
    The boundingbox is where the extrusion sits, and as they are differently scaled, the final product is floating (the perimeter of the baked SurfaceMorph isnt connected with the other hald of the stadium)
    Thanks in advance!

      Ray Wong, I've never had a problem like this. But if you want, you can create a manual bounding box yourself by extruding the rectangle we created first.

    Honestly your tutorials help me a lots in the way of learning how to modelling with Rhino. Big respect. I also have a question:
    1. what is the purpose of "Bounding box" component and why do we have to connect its output to Reference of "Surface Morph" ?
    2. What's the difference between Deconstruct Domain (with U max and V max) at the first stage and Deconstruct Domain without it (normal U and V output) ?

      Hey,
      As a Rather recent Architecture school graduate, and someone who loves Rhino and is still learning always. You will definitely learn everything you need to know by watching tutorials here on TH-cam and of course from this channel! As i am a recent sub myself. Practice is key! So always have rhino open and practice as you watch and you will in no time learn the basics of rhino first then Grasshopper. Focus on Rhino first

    • @AdamArchh
      @AdamArchh  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Our tutorials are intermediate level tutorials . And we are project-oriented. So you can find lots of beginner-level tutorials on TH-cam. It makes more sense to learn Rhino first and then Grasshopper.

    can i ask why we have to convert from subD to loft,please

    • @nachobev
      @nachobev 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      When spliting a SubD the split command does not expose the shrink argument, you would have to reparametrize the split surface or handle this inside grasshopper, otherwise the voronoi pattern would remap to the whole original surface before the split and not just the split part.
