Hey Brandon thanks for making this video. Did you add any LUTS or do any sort of editing that changed the look of the video or is this straight out of camera?
omg me n my sister saw u as we were leaving modu!!! i went to vivot once and i thought it was alright :/ went to my trusty old play coffee and made cafe lol
If you don’t mind, would you mind sharing your top 3 film simulations/settings on the Fujifilm x100v and any tips on how to use it. I’m looking into potentially getting one and love your photos so much!
of course! there's an app called fujixweekly you can download, and it actually has a TONNN of film simulations. my current favorites are anything portra800 or 400 related. it's all in the app and you can just literally copy paste!
What camera settings do you use for the clean coloring or do you color grade/correct your videos? I currently have a Sony ZV-E10 but my main issue with it is the color grading/correction or settings part since I don't know anything about it (should've gotten the ZV-1 instead lol), but I really want to start making and editing videos again, just don't know how to get past that part of color in the videos.
if you want a super easy color grade process, i think going with the cinetone picture profile is the way to go! i would say playing around with your basics like saturation, shadows, highlights, and contrast is a great start, and cinetone gives a bit of that flexibility without being intimidating
@@withbrandonn Thanks! which cinetone would you recommend (1-4)? and any other settings such as black gamma, color mode, saturation, etc. Sorry for all the questions haha
Bucket list item is to go to a Brandon coffee pop up
Your design/aesthetic taste is really great.

I do! saturation and a slight contrast bump goes a long way. also a lot of LUTS to experiment out there!

I am very curious if you used a profile for shooting the video? How did you color grade it?
saturation and contrast bumps go a long way, i shoot in either SLOG3 or cinetone depending. sometimes i also use LUTS i find!
