That may be one turn on paper, but it certainly feels like a game's worth of time waiting on the spell animations lol

that last boss ,despite how disgusting your treasures were,actually gave you a run for your money, that was by far my favorite pve fight ive witnessed this expantion
I kinda liked that ridiculous vas'no fight. That guy can high roll better than some last bosses.
"How much mana have I cheated this game?" Now that's a fun game to do, count how much mana someone cheats when they get the robes

Next time, it should be adjusted to account for excess mana at the end of turn (a common occurrence with the robes)

I got an insane run with the evolve hp, rush boots, and stargazing. Sadly a bunch of below average rolls but it doesn't matter when you take good trades then evolve
Luckly he made the right choice since he got the hardest Final Boss to tussle with.

@@L0LWTF1337 Indeed, shitty hero power, but the weapon was worth the 8 mana and was extremely helpful against tempo decks. Before Baku became a thing, I used to run Scourgelord Garrosh in all my Warrior decks.

Robes should really round odd cards up instead of down, it would be at least a first step to not just picking it and winning with your eyes closed

Hearthstone rounds everything down. It's for simplicity and ease of understanding.
What about (be careful, this might make your mind explode) PICK ANOTHER MORE FUN TREASURE. I know, insane right? The idea that maybe you should value fun over winning (AGAINST AN A.I) in a videogame. I'll elaborate a bit more: If you pick a treasure wich makes it so you insta-win, then there is no drama of whether you'll win or lose, wich takes away from a lot of the fun, what about, picking other treasures, or treasures that are underpowered to give yourself a challenge. Unless you want to complete it quick and you dont have fun doing adventures, in that case, pick robes and get over it as quickly as possible
@@lucasnadamas9317 Your argument ignores basic game design. The winstate is there to contextualize play, not to drive people away from it to enjoy the experience.
When you play a game you make an unwritten agreement with the creator: do what the game wants from you (IE push towards the winstate) and you will get an enjoyable experience. If the correct way to win is to not enjoy the game, the creator did not fulfill their end of the agreement.
Players having to *choose* between having fun and winning the game instead of having both is a failure by the game, not the players.

I really hope Trump picks Elixir of Vim and Elixir of Vigor in combination someday. He hasn't made the connection I don't think. But in combination they're actually disgusting.
The problem is, those few games in between picking the two, when you only have one of the elixirs. It's a little bit crazy and unhelpful.
I hate the vim elixir with a burning passion.
The one time I had a deck, that could actually burn cards somewhat quick enough to go against the self-mill, it gave me crap cards at the start, burned all my high value cards (including a 0 mana hagatha's call) and I lost because of it.
I'm not gonna bother with that one again.

@@dowfreak7 you... you cant have high value cards in that type of deck, if you are burning cards so fast then you definitely are doing something wrong. My first win was flame boy with 1 mana 2 discount hero power with stargazer and elixir of vim. I had a deck of cards mostly inder 4 and 3 cost, you are just playing burn mage but have aluneth already in play

11:20 Just last night I had the unfortunate experience of that boss making the exact same play (minus the stargazer) on turn one. Facing off against 2 The Beasts on turn 2 as a druid with weak treasures and nothing good in hand didn't end well.

The strongest deck I've had so far was 7 elder tagglewags, 6 white eyes, double battlecry, and rush. With a few extra synergies tossed in.

The reason nozdormu doesn't effect the turn timer: The turn timer in singleplayer is infinite. Nozdormu probably can't change that, or simply reduces the timer amount, which is still infinite no matter how you reduce it unless you set it, which might not be possible with how they set it up.
I thought that was how it worked, but then I got a rope in the Heist with two Nozdormus on the board. I'm not sure if that was a bug or intended, but now I want to try to replicate it if I can.
Rocket Backpacks would have been crazy insane with the evolve hero power. Since the evolved minions could trade immediatly after being transformed. In fact, I think he should have picked it instead of the robe.

Dungeon runs are great content but I'd like to see fewer robes runs - it's less exciting when all the buckets are picked for you and you win every game by turn 5
Play the chapters yourself and realize the incredible pain of constant shit buckets, with bad treasures and horrible draws that deny your synergies.
That's why those runs aren't uploaded. They're the typical trash that made me quit Hearthstone over and over again, because it's just not fun to lose to a dice roll, when you wanna just have some fun. If I have 3 8 cost cards in the deck, mulligan a 5 drop and 2 of those 8 cost cards and get all 3 8 costs back, then that's not fun.
Nowadays I don't even mulligan 4-5 drops anymore, because I know the game's gonna give me worse stuff.

everytime i pick those mana cheat, i cant find a card that cost more than 6, the scepter is so good i can cheat up to 3 mana each game.
only what's in your hand is affected by order your deck is unaffected by the order of cost reducing treasures

Nope. Just play any of the pre-existing single player content.
The rewards are definitely not worth it if you only count the packs and Zayle. Only get it if you want to play the content; if you don't care about that, watching Trump or others play through it vicariously is fine.
Personally, I am buying wings one at a time with gold when I fully complete heroic on the previous wing (win with all hero powers, all decks, etc.) That way I make sure I'm still enjoying it, and if I get bored I'll just stop playing it and won't have wasted my gold. I'm working on finishing wing 2 right now.

It's getting pretty boring having every run be a "see a robes pick a robes". It's just too good and takes any challenge out of heroic which is what it should be.
