That's a hard question to answer! Both cities have great quality of life standards and job opportunities. I would suggest visiting each and deciding which one suits you best.

Can it be? If I live in Regina but travel to study at Moose Jaw campus just like a round trip in a day.

There are people who make the commute from Regina to Moose Jaw. You would just have to make a personal decision on how much travel you want to be doing and the cost of transportation.

Like all cities Regina has good and bad areas. Check in with Brandon for areas to look at and areas to avoid.

Regina is an extremely safe place - have not had any crime committed against any member of my family since 2011................and I am a member of a visible minority!

I’ve lived in Regina for more 10 years and have never witnessed or experienced any violence or anything of those sorts. Of course, you probably don’t want to be out late at night, specially in sketchy areas but if you keep to yourself the odds are low that anyone will bother you.

North Central used to be the area where where almost all the crime happened. Now its not safe anywhere in the city. There are crackheads, thieves and people with severe mental issues all over the city. Cops don't care and wont do anything because they know if they arrest them, they will be back on the street before the paperwork is done.
