Sir, I have converted from old final to new... how and when will I get the login credentials??
Hello sir , I was ordering books I wanted to change the address to it but I changed it was asking for OTP ,but unfortunately the OTP not coming to the number and I am unable to change the address
I filled chattishgarh board in place of cbse by mistake. I tried updating it but could not do it as the website shows only contact updating option... what should i do
I haven't receive the email yet and I've converted into new scheme and its my second attempt after dec 2023

Sir, I'm not able to update my phone number and address on CDS portal, the OTP goes the number which I have lost. How do I go about this?
You have to go and get the new sim with that number. It is difficult to change the address and phone number after adding the details
how to solve issue of permission denied error in cds portal.
Sir I got registeration confirmation mail on 2nd apr and CDS mail on 3rd apr and I tried to book study material on 12th apr but it's showing invalid credential. Sir please tell me how to fix it

No you don't have to pay extra , cost of books is included in the registration cost . Wait for the CDs mail , which attempt are you giving?

I am not able to login in my cds portal, it is showing invalid credentials even after I have received mail from cds.
And when I'm clicking on forgot password it is showing user does not exist

Use Google Chrome. First clear the browser history and chache memories than try.

Browser History ek baar clean karke dekhlo. And again try karo.
Even I was facing same problem invalid credentials
And when I enter SRN number and click on forget password it's showing user does not exist
My problem is solved when I switch from Google Chrome to mozzila fire fox

BHAIYA mene 1 December 2021 ko may 22 attempt ke liye ragistration kiya tha mam mera srn no. To tin din me hi aa gaya tha but ajj 12 December hai aur abhi tak mujhe cds portal ki taraf se koi email nahi aaya hai
Ok 1-2 din wait karo abhi. Else email kar dena unko.
Meinne bhi 7 dec ko registration kiya tha srn 10 dec ko receive ho gya tha but cds department ki taraf se abhi tak koi email nhi aaya...what should I do🤔???
