I'm a vocalist myself but I have had the urge recently to buy a guitar. The only other one I was looking at was the RGA742FM which seems great for the price but this guitar speaks to me. I might have to cough up the extra dough.
Hey man, trying to decide between this and the RGDR4427X (prestige model). Just wondering what you think between the prestige models and the axion label ones? I like the look of the axiom guitar and the pickups too but something about a prestige Ibanez makes me want to get that instead (similar price). Thanks man!
that's a sick guitar!!! definitely put it on my radar now! i'm also really liking the new ibanez neck profiles! i used to be a big esp fan, but i don't know wtf happened but the new ones just feel off to me for now.
I ordered one of these and am impatiently waiting for I too come in 2 weeks lol I have also a RG1127pbfx seems like the hard tail version of the one you reviewed on the channel
I have this guitar and it has extreme tuning issues, related to the nut. Otherwise it is amazing, I really love it. Will try to change to a graphtech nut and see it this helps
@@AsTheOceansBurn Haven't swapped the nut yet. I tried with a kind of self-made "nut-sauce", that helped a lot. But still not satisfying. I will tell when I swapped it
@@mrs3lfd3structx57 Google it! It's basically a lubricant for guitar parts, especially the nut. Significantly reduces the friction of the strings in the nut. Ridiculous expensive. I made mine self, with vaseline and graphite. Helped a lot, but didn't solve the problem entirely
I went ahead and coughed up the extra dough... kind of. Haha I got a hell of a financing deal on it. Couple of questions. One, what tuning is this in while you're playing it? Also I heard you mention you are looking to use this guitar when you can play a show again, are you in a band? I'd love to check it out.
Came here for the guitar review, as I’ve just bought one. Subscribed after seeing your talent and style. Great playing and great video. Only constructive criticism would be maybe your voice could be a little clearer and louder, so less of a volume jump when switching between talking and playing
Hey man how does this compare to the RGDR4427FX you reviewed? I think this one looks better than the blue and there are a few other things that I like, the coil tap, the fret inlays switching to the higher strings... I guess what I'm asking is do you think the RGDR4427FX is worth the extra money...?
The 4427 has diMarzio pickups (I think) and the money mainly goes into the prestige label. metal bands that use the 4427 change the pickups to e.g. bareknuckles (such as Lorna Shore), so maybe this one is more for you, if you’re content with the quality of a 1000 bucks guitar.

But anyway ive seen a few ibanez on your walls so im assuming so you have experience with them anyways my point is I don't like the monorail style bridge I would like to replace it with hipshot ibby bridge do you think that would work also if I you yourself or anyone else sees this and has good information it would much appreciated

You are not alone with that problem. I found it decent difficult with my Laney IRT, but almost impossible with the Boss GT-1000.
