Hi Nick, You've actually had me waiting patiently for the last hour or so for this week's video, and, as always, you've delivered in spectacular style! The great thing about this place is that you have a virtually blank canvas to style this home exactly the way you want it, down to the light fixtures! It's in a national park, so there's no worry about development nearby (that's always an issue in my part of the world), and the views are incredible once again! I am envious of the potential owner who will purchase this beauty. All the difficult things are done with the fun bits to be completed. The mountain meadow and rear access sold it to me. For those of us with arthritic disposition this is a no go but just terrific as a holiday home for the rest. Lovely outdoor seating areas and picnic spot in the meadow with fantastic walks into the national park will leave no idle hours. Guaranteed good sleeping because of the cool mountain breezes. Perfect environment to eat beautiful food and drink some good reds. Nick, well done, another little gem. PPS. The furry beast is a keeper!
I was initially disappointed when I saw the short length of this week's installment. However, you packed so much enjoyment in 15 minutes! The location is super, with great views. I really like the house, especially the wide use of stone and the ceilings. (though I wish there were a second bathroom and a balcony for the master bedroom.) I was hoping for a little bit of ground to plant some vegetables, and you didn't disappoint. Nick, thanks for another wonderful video, your enthusiasm, and a cameo by Macchi! Can't wait until next week's rummage through history.
