    I got an alternate theory, the quirk de-evolution theory. Regular human (those who seems to have no quirks) technically have all the quirk already in them, but they all counteract eachother. Everything in mythology turns out to be true and the reason people have power in the past is because the learn to control their multiple quirks. This technic was lost to time so the powers that human had no longer appears and those power are now remember as myths.The reason powers appear now is that human are devolving to lose some quirks but not their counteract quirks, which would cause the powers to appear in them. Over time, people continue to lose more quirks and become more unstable and powerful. If this is true, it would be an interesting twist.

      Maybe ancient gods where the experiments made by aliens or smt like that, and now those genes spread and turned to what we see now in the series, but why did they activate only a few generations ago? Maybe they didn't, in history there's people with extraordinary abilities, ex: Lu Bu (an ancient soldier who could destroy armies by himself), Rasputin (he could heal people, and was speculated he could hypnotize others), super intelligent people, witches, shamans, etc.

      @@ivans.5959 That is actually kind of interesting. I brought up a similar idea to a friend of mine, suggesting perhaps the people we called gods or heroes back in our ancient past were simply people who developed quirks, but our primitive minds couldn't understand what exactly was going on and believed they were gods. And, since we've seen it pop up in animals, like Principle Nezu, we know creatures can possess quirks as well. If that's true, that could also explain a lot of cryptids we've seen throughout human history. Bigfoot, Nessie, the Loveland Frogman, etc.

    I personally believe in quirk singularity theory. Why? Hello? One for all! A first generation quirk (the main part anyways) is already capable of destroying the user.

    Yes overhaul had a point .I don't forgive him for torturing eri but is just cruel fate.But he had a very good reason too tbh.Lets say the heroes won and they defeated the villains but chances are that this might end like the aot's extended ending.But i think the heroes will have a reasonable idea and wont just say " ill save everyone even if i crack my bu tt" like deku says.

    • @ditto7047
      @ditto7047 ปีที่แล้ว

      Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it revealed that Overhaul was just spouting a bunch of crap and that his real goal was to sell the bullets on the black market?

    I also like this theory as it shows potential for a future villain or hero to have a god like power, even more so than All for One and All Might which could end humanity by purpose or accidental

  • @ivans.5959
    @ivans.5959 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    I hope Horikoshi makes a sequel about this in the future (without OFA or AFO please, without them that story would be more interesting. At least for me, obviously). A nearly apocalyptic world, gangs of people terrorising citizens being the rule, creating an anarchistic world. Where the survivors of that apocalypse come out as nearly godlike thanks to their abilities (you know, only the people with a strong body who can handle their quirks and people who have complete control over them will survive)

    • @Kidoroki
      @Kidoroki  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      that would be an interesting sort of darkest timeline type of story

    • @ivans.5959
      @ivans.5959 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Kidoroki I can see that new world being full of people like Nine, more people having quirks powerful enough to change the world itself but with the downside of dying young because their bodies wouldn't be prepared for them. The only way humans will outlive that generation is as I said before, only the ones with strong bodies surviving, like balancing between power and endurance.
      I believe the quirk singularity is closer than we think, people like Nine and Dabi are proof of it (one would die young due to cellular issues with his quirk being too powerful, and the other one has a fire so strong he literally cooks himself), and on the other extreme, there already are people who kill others when they first activated their quirks (Shigaraki and Eri)

  • @haydenscholze7452

    I just wanted to mention that people with quirks have their body undergo constant and rapid evolution, due to their quirks evolution. As a persons quirk evolves and with specialised training, their bodies also undergo evolution to accommodate for this. This is why even characters with quirks that don’t influence the bodies physical capabilities, have the durability and strength to withstand attacks that would kill any human in our world. This is applies to things like speed and senses. However the issues seems that a lot of the time a person quirks evolution rate is faster than their bodies, making their quirk harmful to themselves and difficult to control. Still I don’t think we have enough information to judge wether the quirk singularity theory would come true. Because if a persons physical attributes and evolution is also passed onto their children. Then it massive reduce the chance of quirk singularity theory coming true. Although even then it doesn’t cover all possibilities, such as Dabi. His parents both had powerfully quirks and bodies evolved to handle them. Thus he is an example of why quirk singularity theory can still happen, as he inherited his mothers strong physique evolved for ice, yet a more powerful version of his fathers fire quirk. The literal worst thing that could have happened. So I think we’ll have to wait and see wether the quirk singularity theory will prove true. Although it would be interesting to see what the world would become in MHA, if it is prove to be True.

    Here's my theory: Quirks will evolve so fast that they become incompatible with human bodies so the human race starts to lose access to quirks.
    My theory is that the manga will end with Deku narrating that some day in the future people won't have quirks anymore, so calling it "quirk doomsday" is accurate b/c its a doomsday for quirks not because of quirks.
    So the superhuman society ends and everything goes back to normal.

    The doomsday theory suggests that we won't have the body's or memory capacity to withstand the more op quirks but this is not how biology works at all. A quirk factor is part of a persons DNA and will grow with our bodies and vise versa. The only ones who have actually shown to have a problem with more powerful quirks are those who weren't the original owners like aoyama, all for one, and one for all users. This is very easy to show simply with how all for one has to evolve himself to use newer more powerful quirks. The quirk singularity is a problem but only with more dangerous quirks for heros and villains to fight with so instead of a city being damaged it would be a country and potentially even worse
