Gracias por hablar tan claramente en este video güey. El español es mi tercer idioma y yo olvido cuando las personas hablan tan rapido especialmenteen mi trabajo los clientes no pueden hablar ingles y estoy tratando a ayudarles pero hablan tan rapido.
I watch a lot of Spanish learning videos and yours are among the very best! Thank you! I would recommend them to anyone trying to improve their comprehension.
Muy excellente. You're a very good teacher. I agree with a comment below that your pronunciation really stands out, especially for a beginner with poor hearing. I'll be back.
These videos make me realize that Spanish teachers and language teachers are no longer necessary. Definitely looking like the last year I teach Spanish. I am neither good looking enough nor have any sort of accent in English to even be attention grabbing for students. Best of luck to all you language teachers who compete with youtube.
GOD BLESS YOU FOR SHINING THE LIGHT ON THIS STRUCTURE OF EXPRESSION AND THE REASON WHYnow it starts to make some sense and because it makes sense I can start to actually incorporate it in my ability to express myself and understand. Once again God Bless you!!!!
I stopped trying to work it out, even though I knew how to do it. I then found it to be much easier and faster to listen to how Spanish speakers say it and copy that! Si no había encontrado ese truco se me hubiera ido la olla...
Que cagado es ver estas clases siendo el español mi lengua materna. Debe ser dificil aprender español como segunda lengua sin duda, es muy versátil y "libre"
Se me olvido dejar de estudiar la gramática. Se me hizo demasiado tarde cambiar mi método de estudiar. Listo pues, dejamos poner manos a la obra para que yo cambie mi acercamiento a Español. Jaja.
As a student learning Spanish in Spain, the phrase "You guys are late" got me confckled because I was sure it was "Se OS hizo Tarde" and not "Se LES hizo tarde" since you are referring to a group of people in the PLURAL form of YOU " (a vosotros) and not in THEY (a ellos)
Cuando hablas en espanol con subtitulos en Ambos idiomas, es el nivel mas alto y mas util para mejorar espanol. Nunca necesitamos oir nada en English. Tambien tu ya tienes un acento muy Fuerte cuando hablas ingles, pero seguramente tu Sabes esto ❤❤❤
Accents are always beautiful and they don’t cause any problems in understanding. It is mispronunciation which makes confusion. People blame accents when they need to recognize that it is the pronunciation that is most important. Every language learner should know this and realize also everyone has an accent of some kind and some are more beautiful than others but the listener is who determines that level of beauty. ❤
"también tu YA tienes" this "YA" is not well spanish here cause youre saying that he has something that he lack in the past and now he finally have. Is like "you finally have a strong acent" instead of just "do you have a strong acent"
¿La gente dirá se se olvidó? (he forgot) O otra forma ? ¿De dónde viene el se? De se lo di o de olvidarse ? In french we would say "ça m'est sorti de l'esprit" (it got out of my mind).

Great video. Love the subtitles, super helpful cause the YT transcript function really sucks. This pattern is awesome and yet you're the first person I've seen teaching it. And you speak clearly enough for me to hear the little words that Spanish people squish too fast... So, I'm wondering... is translated more like se me ocure? Hi, I'm from México, and my native language is Spanish, so I think I can help. The bes translation for "I wonder..." Is "me preguntó..." The best translation for "se me ocurre que..." is "I think that maybe..." Hope that helps :)
Thank you for your words and for watching the video 🙌🏽 Regarding your question "se me ocurre" has plenty of different meanings, so I wouldn’t reduce it to one thing. Still, "I’m wondering" usually works as "me preguntaba". 😄
