CBX and Sentri are two separate things. CBX is to use the bridge crossing and avoid the long border lines. Sentri is like TSA pre-check and you can use it for all border crossings including car or walking

On their website. You can buy a bus ticket to airport. U think its like $15 per person. They also have taxis

No. The CBX ticket is tied to your flight and can only be used a few hours prior to your flight
