[LIVE] Day Trading | $500 in 4 Minutes With Options!

  • The stock market offers many opportunities to make money for day traders and those looking for a side hustle! When I was a beginner and just getting started, I thought the only “thing” that could be traded (invested) in the stock market, was... well... stocks! This is not true! The stock market within its structure also offers an asset class known as “options”. Options are contracts that have values which fluctuate in value as time passes by. This fluctuation is what we as day traders need to be able to make money. The absolutely crazy part about options trading is how quickly the profits can add up. As you’ll see in this video of my personal day trading options results, I was able to put $500 into my pock in less than four minutes! While I understand that all sounds a bit too good to be true and like a scam, go ahead and watch the video! To be fair and transparent though, you also need to realize that being a day trader is extremely difficult and that most fail. I don’t say this to discourage you, but I say it so you are aware of the financial journey you are about to undertake (if you so choose!). I’ve been working with beginner traders since 2013 and what I’ve learned as a coach is that the better prepared people are with “the reality” of the matter, the more likely they are to succeed. If you come into learning how to day trade online with the impression “it is hard”, then when things do get hard, you won’t be caught off guard! Let me show you the power of day trading online with options and how quickly money can add up!

I watch you all the time and I subscribed. Everyone secretly wants to be in your position to just trade and get a quick $500 in 5 mins and leave because time ultimately is more precious than money. Time can create money but definitely money can't create time. Keep up sniping ghost.

Hey so I really enjoyed this video today is my first day actually doing research and taking the time to learn about the stock market so to see this in action was very helpful. I did want to ask one question so if you would have waited until the bar dropped under 1080 would that have made you more money or were you supposed to wait until it gets exactly to 1080 like you did to receive more money ?

More than likely, he is going for the options with the high open interest. My understanding is: open interest is basically volume. So more volume means more traders, which moves the price point. Also, I believe he his trading with expiration at one week. More volatility. Finally, he is trading with a 1 minute chart. I don’t think that really moves the price point, but he can see a very active candle bar, which is great for scalping. Of course, I could be wrong about all this… But that’s my assumptions. Really, you should do what works for you. If you’re making money with far expiration options, keep doing that. If you’re quick with a solid plan and proper risk control, doing the above mentioned could get you into faster action.

can someone explain this to me? tsla was at around 1083 when he opened the call and he closed at 1080. how many shares did he get on the call and how much money did he spend to get those shares? my understanding is with options you buy a contract that is equal to 100 shares of a stock, right? so did he just put down over 100,000 on that call or what? i'm so confused. or did he pay significantly lower to lock in the contract, in which case does it get that money back that he used to reserve it or does it cut into his profits?

He bought 5 options at $35.50 each. So 35.50 X 100 X 5 = $17,750. Though there is no way Clay would have actually waited for the whole $17k to disappear. He probably had a mental stop loss that would equate at -$500. At least, that’s what I would have done… if I had that much money to play with. I play with a much smaller account than these guys.

The one problem i have with these videos is you're trading tesla options at the money right? you're risking 17,775 dollars for 500 dollars. the R/R here is not good. not many people who are just finding your videos have 17k to throw on a scalp. barrier to entry to actually trade like this is significant. I'd love to see a video of you playing F, SOFI, literally anything that isn't going to BREAK the bank for your followers. 17k is a very nice used car. Imagine thinking of it this way, Risk your vehicle for the chance to win 500 dollars.
