Loved Vincenzo and have seen it 10 times....and learned something new every time I watched it. It was my first Netflix drama that led me to the Korean Drama rabbit hole (as some have called it)....here in L. A. and prior to signing up for Netflix, we have a Korean channel and I would watch a drama on the weekends and a different one during the week never realizing there was this K-drama craze going on....once I signed up for Netflix, I was hooked.
@@mcfloridia it was my first kdrama too that I watched in full. I watched few snippets of kdrama before, while my cousin was watching but they seemed cringy. Vincenzo was the first one I was invested. And I didn’t watch any kdrama for a while after I was done with it. I rewatched 5 times then decided ok maybe it was time to watch other dramas. I ended up watching a CDrama too. Yeah I fell in the rabbit hole. There are several I find ok but some have been really good. The last one I watched recently, “it’s ok to not be ok” is excellent. The topic, the acting oh and the fashion. Lol. I know it didn’t do as well in S.Korea but check it out. It can be a little heavy but I like the less conventional love story.

Historical dramas never appealed to me but I took a chance with this one & it was so good I could easily watch it again!
Everything in this drama is just amazing; great cast, lots of suspense & comedy.

Shin Hye-sun was incredible in her role.

First thank you for these highlights. I discovered Kdramas by accident mid 2022 with Boys Over Flowers without English sub headings and understood from mannerisms what was taking place.
Above all watching Kdramas has touched my heart and enriched my appreciation for Honor, loyalty and respect. I've watched all except Squid Games and World of the Married (hard to find full episodes).

You missed Descendants of the sun 😭 It was my first k drama in 2016 and it created a hallyu wave across the world. ❤
Mr Sunshine was the first of many. Made me cry my heart out. Followed by Crash landing on you and Squid game. Now one of my favourites is Vincenzo and I wonder why I can't see Reborn Rich with swedish subtitles anywere...
When you bait us with Vincenzo,but shockingly there is no Vincenzo in the list also Reborn Rich is yet not on Netflix like other top dramas so it isn't fair assessment for it (as it literally set viewership records elsewhere)
My favorites are Mr. Queen and Extraordinary Attorney Woo. I've watched Mr. Queen about 3 times!
Squid Games, Glory, and Reborn Rich were excellent as well.

My favorites so far are Alchemy of Souls, Vincenzo, Hotel Del Luna, Bring it on Ghost. But, also, I have not watched one Kdrama I didn't like.
Alchemy of souls (especially season 1) was great. I'm on episode 14 of Hotel De luna which I'm also loving. Both fantastic drama's with strong talented female leads
Sky castle and world of the married is golden, wish people were into historical drama, under the queens umbrella is nice and so touching, also 6 flying dragon which is more of politics and strategy, okay you people are sleeping on nice dramas, I have rewatched Mr.Queen because the drama a vibe😂😂 I would have loved to see flowers of evil on the list too
Flower of Evil was my first LJG drama and I was obsessed with him for a year afterward, lol. So many great Korean actors, but he is so special.

This list is incomplete without ‘The Penthouse: War In Life’.
Crash Landing on You was the first K-drama I watched and remains closest to my heart. Watched it 3 times since.
Mr Sunshine made me cry about 50 times.
Squid Game was obviously amazing too
Extraordinary Attorney Woo was good but I found it pretty slow and hard to follow if you're not Korean
My fav K-drama though, and it's not on the list, is Twenty Five Twenty One. Strongly recommend if you haven't seen.
I also love Taxi Driver.
I'll probably give The Glory a try next.

I really liked Squid Game and Crash Landing. I wasn’t sure about Goblin at first but soon got into it 😊
My family of 5 purposely drove to Quebec to see the filming locations of Goblin. My hubby and I have watched it 4 or 5 times already. Now we are in Korea and we visited the famous jetty on the beach in the first episode
I couldn’t get into goblin and I joined a new streaming service to watch it.
I thought reply 1988 will be boring .... And now I can say it is a masterpiece and I thank my brain that he allowed me to watch this brilliant drama and also goblin...unmyeong ❤️

Goblin is the best and should be higher than 8th IMO. Mr. Queen is quirky and funny. Squid Games is worth the watch though a little graphic. I really liked Crash Landing on you though there were some slow moments. Extraordinary Attorney Woo is actually great as I love the FL in her other dramas too. Overall this is a good list. A couple of these I just could not keep watching and stopped halfway through; Reply and Sky Castle. Several I added to my to be watched list, Dr. Cha, reborn rich, and the glory.

Mr Queen and Atty Woo is hilarious! Highly recommended.. Also, My Mister is unexpectedly one of my favorite now.
I love the Goblin, I enjoyed every moment. Crashlanding on you and Descendants of the sun was just the best for me. Each episode had me intrigued.

Park Ji Hoon and Choi Hyun Wook's acting is worth watching... actually entire cast of this drama is excellent 👍 and the story line !!! 🔥

My favorite dramas are Descendant of the Sun and The Healer. I've watched quite a few k drama but I keep going back to watching these two. Love it.

I've watched all the ones featured on Netflix except two. All were exceptional and I would watch them again. You could have also included Navilera and Uncanny Counters. When will Goblin be available on Netflix?

Alchemy of Souls is my all time favorite, and the only one I loved enough to watch both parts all the way through THREE entire times! The Glory is also a favorite of mine, as well as Extraordinary Attorney Woo and The King's Affection.
I am surprise why Dr. Romantic was not included. The 3 seasons were all very all very good and.entertaining plus the moral values taught us by Mr
Kim. And I love the way the director guided the whole casts. And as far as l knew the 3 seasons were highly rated. I have also watched other kdramas but it was only the Dr. Romantic series l have watched over and over again.

I’m not sure which one was my favorite because I’ve seen them all. I was completely immersed in reborn, Rich, and could barely wait for the next episode to come out. I also fell in love with the goblin and the Grim Reaper and that show. But Mr. sunshine was the one that I think I enjoyed the most, but the glory is the one that really broke my heart. As an administrator in an education system unfortunately, I saw too much of that.

Behind your touch is something that I recently watched...trust me if you're someone who loves comedy, thrill, suspense and plot twist this is your shot. The characters are to die for. This is one of the best drama I have watched so far.
Oh gosh, if you haven't seen Goblin your really missing out! The cast is second to none but, grab a box of Kleenex.....happy and sad tears!

I watched squid game and it was something different but no plans of watching it again.
Only watched 4 of 15 and they were excellent. Started some others but didn't stick with them, but I enjoyed Poong, the Joseon Physician, Joseon Attorney, A Morality, Heartbeat, You Wish Upon Me and the best new drama My Dearest.

I enjoyed most of the dramas mentioned but I think you got some of the rates mixed or wrong. For one a world of the married is still the highest watched series ratings followed by Reborn Rich

3. Live Up To Your Name (Romantic Time Travel and Medical Mash-Up)
4. Extraordinary Attorney Woo (Legal Comedy)

Some of them I have rewatched and plan to do so again. I should not single out favorites but will mention some. Crash Landing on You, Hospital Playlist, Extraordinary Attorney Woo, Mr Sunshine, Mr Queen, Glory. I watched Goblin this year as two of my favorite actors, Gong Joo and Lee Dong Wook were in that. Crash Course in Romance. Hell I loved all of them for different reasons. Sky Castle, Squid Games got me annoyed especially because I did not understand Korean Culture as depicted in Sky Castle and the Glory. I cannot understand the treatment meted out to those less fortunate. Nevertheless, I loved them.
I loved Goblin. However, it’s one kdrama that I wish my Korean was good enough to watch without subtitles. Because of the parabolic/poetic nature of much of the dialogue, I think a lot becomes lost in translation (at least in English), and I found the English translation on Viki quite frustrating at times. That said, I still found it to be a masterful production, with an absolutely stellar cast and OST. It created some beautiful heart-wrenching as well as comedic moments that will remain imprinted in my mind for a very long time.
Where is "King The Land" - WOW the best and I hope that Lee Jun Ho has married his actress! Where is "
Something In The Rain " - Another fantastic presentation! South Korea - my hat is off to you! You have given me so many hours of great episodes to watch. What would I do without Netflix? Keep up the great work.

Something in the rain had some problems that were not about the actors or story. The production seemed to try to save on costuming -female lead wore and rewore ounfits to the point of distraction and WHY was the country western song Stand by your man anywhere near this production. It would have been enough if it played only once but over and over-and over.
I have to say I started watching K-Dramas over a year ago and now I’m 35 different shows in. I love em.
11, 9, 6, and 5,1 are the only Kdramas I've seen; I have played catch-up to some of these other dramas.
Goblin is my favorite. Really amazing drama.

Have seen 12 of them, but not 1, 3 & 4. For me, Mr. Sunshine is the greatest K drama of all time. As noted, the acting is unbelievabley good, the story sucks you into a terrible time in Korean history and you believe everything that happens as true. Yes it is a tragedy with a capital T, but it includes romance, humour, action and beauty. The cinematography is a miracle of beauty and graphic sorrow. The music is out of this world good and fits the story so perfectly. (When I hear some of the songs on my playlist, I start crying knowing the context of the song in the story even though I do not speak Korean). If a drama can make you weep even when you are watching it for the 5th or 6th time, it must be truely great. This one is truely great. I am also a big fan of Extraordinary Attorney Woo and Crash Landing on You, both of which are captivating.

I am a movie buff and of course watched many TV series and shows on streaming services and I tell everyone without fail Mr Sunshine is the best by a long way. I think the points you highlighted are spot on. I too cried in many parts and I just never cry really. The thing about so many of the cast was that they portrayed their characters so well you feel like those characters are real. I enjoyed those other shows you mentioned also. It took me a bit to watch the series a second time because it stays with you afterwards. I have watched it through three times now and enjoyed it all every-time. 10/10
Mr. Sunshine was the number one for me until recently. My Dearest slowly took over now. Although it still has 4 episodes to watch if doesnt end terribly it will be the best for me

I loved Dr. Cha, except for the ending. Great that she divorced her husband but I would have loved if she became a couple with theDr who performed her surgery and helped her out a lot. He was so enamored by her ❤
I loved Goblin (Also called Guardian: the Great and Lonely God). I loved that the past lives of the ones he knew came to the present time. Loved the Grim Reaper ❤
Reborn Rich was so amazing! Song Joong Ki and the other casts were outstanding performers. The story really delved into the lives of the family his character worked for as he became reborn into it!
The World of the Married was a much better drama than it’s original English version, “Dr. Forester.”
The Glory was an incredible story but many scenes were hard to watch because of the extreme and brutal bullying. I did cheer every time a bully got what he/she deserved. The cast was amazing!
Squid Game was a global phenomenon!
