I have to say i was just generally interested in game design, but then i saw your channel, and i really got hooked especially with the podcas. So now im really trying to design my own game. Thank you for introducing me into this world of game design Your content and advice are phenomenal 😄
Great idea to re-circulate those great podcast episodes. I've probably heard them all, but I'm in a different place now -life and design-wise, so looking forward to it.
Yeah, there's so much wisdom from over the years of the show that I'm excited to re-share with longtime listeners. Like you said, many people are in a different place now!
I am just starting my game designing journey, and I'm really excited to learn from all you've put out so far. Thanks for all the content and excited to see how this year will develop for you!
Love the mention of the purpose behind why we create games towards the end of the video: To bring joy! Thank you for helping aspiring game designers accomplish that purpose.
Hi, I definitely think the republishing of the best old episodes is the way to go for your channel ! I tried to search for former episodes in your website and it was not easy. Thank you for all your work 🙏
Maybe I’m forgetting an older episode where this happened already (love the ones with Morten and Jeremy) but I’d love to see you interview David Turczi and/or Ricky Royal for more content on solo mode design and automated opponent concepts
Regarding people not knowing who you've already interviewed. It has been a while since i have visited your website, and it is at this very moment under maintenence so i cant confirm but i do recall thinking it was a bit much to have to scroll down through a bunch wording just to see the name of the designer. Perhaps it would be nice to also have a list of names(alphabetized) with links somewhere to have quicker access?...sorry if this was already a thing.

That's great to hear! I'm glad you found the channel, and good luck with your games

As Nietzsche said, "“He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how.”

For non english speaking interviewees, i think you may opt to hire an interpreter.
