Hey man, great to hear that you've decided to change for the better. I'm 18 too and "feel" what you're saying about isolation, wanting to sleep and being safe only with yourself. I managed to go on, expecially thanks to finding a person that truly understands me, but I believe changing and improving by themselves is always possible for everyone. I'm not talking about going to the gym or all that stuff, which yeah I guess it helps but it doesn't fill "the void". I'm more talking about knowledge, experiences, memories, peoples. Tbh I don't really know how to help you, I just wanted to share my solidarity or something, because I understand what you're saying. Covid has been harsh towards our generation and I think feelings like these are way more common because of that. We literally skipped our "coming of age" years. I hope you'll manage to overcome your difficulties man, and wish you all the best (which coming from an account with an Habsburg pfp called tomasmuntzerreal isn't much but yeah just wanted to share my solidarity with you)
