These earbuds can work independently, meaning you can keep one in your ear, with the other in the case, and still work.
I did this, now they cant connect back to each other. Help

I tried that, also tried switching them off and on at the same time. Still not working.

My audio sounds muffled, it doesn’t sound very clear or clean and I just bought them today, how can I fix it?
I would make sure the plastic contact film has been removed, ensure the earbuds are in the correct ears and position, if all fails unpair, reboot phone,and then pair again. If you are still having issues, contact Amazon for a replacement.
Contact film? Where’s that? I looked back on the video and I don’t see where you removed it
@Alex_Does_Gaming03 Oh, sometimes with the earbuds, you will see the metal parts which is used to charge them magectically in the case. It is covered with a small piece of plastic. This helps them not charge prematurely before first use.
