1 day I realized that my internal dialogue was
A) very quiet not a bombardment of thoughts and emotions but rather a calm patience waiting to be called upon.
B) Gratitude is/was at the foremost of everything.
It’s possible. This small town mom of 7 is here, in the present, living what he is explaining. We each Can Do It. 🥰

@@InnaWersjaciebie It makes me sad that I struggle with the understanding of all these new teachings to us. Remember not everyone will grasp these concepts as easily as you. When something is as simple as truth, that truth maybe not over looked by any means but not as easy to understand the concepts of that truth. This has been a hard struggle for me for the past 3 years. For someone who considers herself to be not so simple minded, in this area I get all twisted up and end up without really understanding just bits and pieces.
