Probably not much footage exists, but Portugal vs North Korea in 1966. Korea somehow led 3-0 at halftime, and Portugal proceeded to bag five goals in the second half to win 5-3 with a hat trick from Eusebio.

Other match was in Mexico 70's, Bulgaria VS Peru; Bulgaria wons 2-0, but en second time, Peru wons 3-2 to Bulgaria.
Despite losing in the final, I feel like the biggest comeback ever goes to France. They were so.... i mean... too close to winning the world cup back to back had Kolo Muani managed to score.

One of the greatest comebacks in a World Cup was West Germany-France 1982 semi final.Perhaps you didn't include it because the germans won on penalties but it was absolutely thrilling
