Definitely the Dyson. I sit under a hairdryer for 20 minutes and dry my roots with my Dyson. Its takes about 10 minutes. Total time 30 minutes. Before for Dyson an hour plus with just the hairdryer. With the hairdryer plus the old handhelp blow dryer, and additional 30 to 40 minutes. My dry time is so much fast, and my wash day is only 2 hours now. I love it!!!

I bought the Revlon one from Walmart back in October before my relaxer then big chop moment and it worked wonders for my curls. Gave it volume and everything so worth it for me. But I also don’t use it often because I air dry and keep it on a medium warm setting. It’s the only heat I use on my hair

I wanna see more comparisons of the Dyson with dryers in its price point. Comparing it to a starter dryer, and diffuser combo isn’t really fair. I’ve been searching for more info the GHD Helios and I’ve only found one comparing it to the Dyson and I think it’s pretty comparable and it’s still about $50-130 less and you have way more awesome diffuser options.
Have you ever tried a T3 hair dryer? I have a T3 and I love it! It dries my hair quickly and safely without drying it out. I have curly/wavy hair and the diffuser works well. It doesn't come with it, it would have to be bought separately. And, T3's most expensive dryer is about half the price of the Dyson. I highly recommend it!

This comparison was sooooooo biased from the jump lmao!! Am I the only one with eyes?? The conair side looked better than the Dyson side. It may have been a little wet in the roots, but what's a little more drying time!?! From the video, you could see she took 20 min on the conair side and it was still a bit wet in the roots. Honestly, I feel like 10 more minutes and it would've be try lol quit playing. $400 for a blow dryer that barely looks any better than a $20 dryer.....hmmmmmm.

Mine does but it doesn't bother me too much. Probably because it doesn't take long to dry. AlSo, it only does it if I have it too high. Plus it doesn't have the sound while the Dyson is on my roots or deep in my hair.

No thank you I would never pay that much for a dryer. That would be the most expensive thing in my house. Something that’s made for your hair cost more than a television. I would just rather continue to air dry on that note. I’m cheap and I just feel that that is just too much money
This really isn’t that good of a comparison if the temperature was different. Also, the dyson side had ten more minutes of air trying while you did the opposite side.

That sound is normal , if you think your Dyson is having problems you can contact Dyson for the 2 year warranty , they have great customer services
