I still think making semis was not the right path but what could you do. I just don't like how everything is concentrated on that. Big 5, you can be glad you don't have to go through it. And the booing is just childish for any reason. Ari's reaction is something the most precious and pure........aw. Ryan being so gracious, I honestly didn't realize until his performance how amazing he is. And ofc, Salvador. I will forever love this man, I missed his winning speech (about how music is about feelings, to me it is for my whole life and it hurts me when people say, well, feelings don't matter in music, just professionalism and good/over the top production. Am I naive? Is he? Prob but there are still amazing singers who I will always support because they make music from the heart.)
Sorry but Salvador's speech was just rude. Music can be about feelings but it doesn't have to be! It can be about fireworks! Celebration! Partying! Having a good time! And he's been extremely rude since, especially to Netta and the other artists he was with in 2017, saying he didn't like any of their songs. He doesn't have to lie, but he didn't have to say it the way he did.

I felt really bad for 2010 Sweden, the only year they did not qualify.
I feel bad whenever we see the reactions of someone who didn't qualify, their song might not be my favourite but they worked so incredibly hard😢
