I would say the one who was well known at the time by an international audience outside eurovision is Cliff Richard. Nana Mouskouri had a high profile too. The one whose career skyrocketed after Eurovision is Abba and Céline was just on the verge of getting an international star. Many of the others are well known in their own countries.

the most famous one in there is definitely Cliff Richard, he would have been at the height of his career and Congratulations is well-known. The biggest artist to emerge would have been Abba. With Céline, it depends if you live in the francophone area because she was known since she was about 14.
