@@connergoessupersonic Yes, I know a lot of people record the trains head on, but this particular shot at 1:25 stands out above all the rest for me. The angles and smooth zoom-out were perfect. I have watched countless train videos across many different channels, and that one is my favorite. I also love the trains running through snow compilations.

These babies running so fast it sounds like the engines are "@ idle". Listen to the engines. Come on babies, hit 90mph..Friggin awesome all that power! I lived in Los Angeles many years and I used to catch the Amtrak to San Diego to go roller-skating every Saturday night. Trains, planes & 18 wheel tractors are my all-time favorites.

You’re not wrong. I will always miss that EMD howl and beautiful sound of the F59PHI’s…. I don’t mind the SC44 Chargers but It is sad that old historical equipment gets replaced, but thankfully other railroads still use that equipment

The best moment is at 2:55 and it looks like you're standing on the tracks as the train is heading right at you full speed. 'This' is what stupid people see when they ignore the signal and drive around the signal arms to drive across as a train approaches, and then, they die.

As european, it´s really impresive to me how the trains are tilting... moving from one side to another at that "modest" fast speed, I mean, I don´t know if the suspensions are soft, if the conditions of the railway are poor, or maybe both including the fact that those trains look pretty heavy (two locos for pushing and pulling that "short" trains are too much), but I´ve never seen any train in Europe even at twice the speed tilting so much.
a lot of the track is shared by freight trains, freight moves a lot and knocks the tracks out of alignment over time. American freight trains are a completely different level than Europe's. its one of those time vs money things, move slower, but get more use out of the tracks, rather than build specific passenger rail lines
