10-24 My Parents 72 Wedding Anniversary : ) Very nice filming of a Beautiful Area. I Love how the Seagulls Don't really struggle in the wind but are like surfers that wait for windy days for bigger waves. One other thing..... By looking at the evergreen trees the wind did not seem " That Bad " but at the sea it was bad... Be safe out there.
I was there on Long Beach Peninsula that day. The gusts were pretty strong down in the park where this video was shot but then we went up to the Lewis & Clark Expedition Museum which is near the lighthouse. The wind was so strong. I read the gusts were 67mph. Trees were blown over on the peninsula and the power went out around 9pm & was restored right around 9am.
