Contactor and capacitor replacement combo on Rheem split system | HVAC service tech repairs

This is just a quick service call where I found an insect in bedded in the contactor with a very weak capacitor. After replacing both the contactor and capacitor, I started the unit up only to find the system was low on R 22, the customer was not interested in performing a leak search and decided to do use the unit as is.

OMG!!!!! This is The Same Rheem I have. I have been looking at videos for 3months trying to find someone with a unit like mine.. This is A Life Saver. Everyone Else Capacitors was on the outside. I was thinking the whole time my was on the inside

Rheem seem like nothing but trouble. Mines a year old and the air handler had a freon leak already and had to be replaced. Now the Contactor may be bad the unit won't turn on outside and the Nest Thermostat says problem with Y1 wire

@workaccount341 knee pads are good yes, i prefer a stool, put less pressure on ur knees, ur knees are going to get u from point a to b. I noticed when i use knee pads or a kneeling mat, i feel pain on hamstrings, more resistance occurs. I guess everyone is different.

@workaccount341 yes sir, ever since I used a stool, i feel no more pain in knees, no more restrictions when bending on knees, i been in the trade 11 yrs now. I always love to give good advice and am a health n saferty member too
