- Ulm is a city in Baden-Württemberg, Germany and the birthplace of Albert Einstein. Ulm is located on the river Danube on the border of Bavaria and is the administrative seat of the Alb-Donau region (Stadtkreis). The city was a free Reichsstadt (free imperial city) and became very rich in the Middle Ages as it was situated halfway Stuttgart and Munich ( München) situated on the river Danube on the border with Bavaria.
Ulm has a of more than 130,000 and forms a metropolitan region of its own (German: Stadtkreis). Moreover, it is the administrative seat of the Alb-Donau district. Ulm is world known for having the highest and tallest steeple in the world with 162m (or 530 ft) and the Gothic Minster (Ulmer Münster).

Very nice coverage of the ULM Area. I was Born in Ulm-Söflingen and raised on the Kuhberg 59' to 66'. I was Stationed in Weily Kaserne when I was 21 as an Infantry Soldier with the Pershing1 Msl Bn. In New Ulm. 🫡🍻
Thou shallst also visit the old, pittoresk town district between Münster (Engl.: Minster) and Donau (engl.: Danube River).

Habe von 1970 bis 1975in Ulm gewohnt es war für mich die schönste Zeit in meiner Jugend denke zu Zeit wieder mal nach Ulm zu fahren über das Wochenende ich liebe diese Stadt und ihre Geschichte und das Münster von Herzen ❤️❤️❤️
