Hi Michael. When start up Zwift, you have have the Paris world online. There is a calendar in Zwift which says when the worlds come up. When it comes up, you can free ride in the Paris world, just choose the Champs Elysees route or the Lutece Express to ride it in reverse. To enter and event on the route, use the Zwift companion app and search for an event, like the ZHQ Circuit Race, to complete this route. Racing is fun too! Enjoy.

Hi Michael. Sorry, thought your comment was attached to a Paris ride. This MTB ride is in Makuri islands world. Once in, to change bikes, start the ride and then go through the menu to change frames to the Mountain bike if that's what you are after. Gravel bikes are a purchased upgrade through the drop shop. Hope that helps...

Are you riding on an MTB? My largest gear is 32/11 and I cannot generate nearly enough power on a flat section to keep up with those on a road bike. Any solution?

Thanks for watching! I have a racing bike on the trainer and MTB in Zwift land for this ride. MTB will always be hard to keep up on the tarmac in Zwift because of the higher rolling resistance. If the stage has tarmac and hills, maybe try a Gravel bike cause MTB's are heavier too. No clear answer unfortunately but that's what makes it interesting.

@@everydayzwifter I’m talking about the actual bike, not the Zwift bike. I am trying to figure out if there’s a way to increase the resistance while on the flats. With a 32/11 I have to spin at 120 rpm or more just to ride along at a regular pace

@@prudentiaski The only thing I know is possibly to change the Trainer difficulty setting. You get to this inside the game pressing the menu button, then settings and test with the trainer difficulty slider from there. Hope that helps...

@@everydayzwifter ok thanks- i already have the difficulty all the way up. I think I may have to just get a bigger chainring. Thanks again

I think you are right. I guess you have done all the calibration as well?
