I have to give credit not only to Jason Gray for improvising something as relatively coherent and amusing as that but to everyone else for keeping a straight face and persevering with the sketch as scripted.
@@StudioCtv I loved this sketch! This was honestly one of the best videos ever. Jason did such a great job making random lines up, especially the song.😂This video made my day!
Please do this again! I would love to see Dalton use his improv presentation skills. I can definitely see Naomi rocking this too. It'd also be really fun to see the new cast try this out agh! I think this could be up there with the tongue twister sketches.
Just got through this episode on the byu website and omg this needs to be a recurring gimmick like the tongue twister sketches were omg. This whole sketch was perfection.
Easily the best of these on the spot skits. This was true, amazing acting. Kudos to Jason, Dalton's was really good too. These people are truly talented.
This was great! You guys should definitely do more sketches like this one and the spicy chicken Romeo and Juliet sketch. Having something extra like that is a really fun idea for a sketch.
Setting my opinions on the new cast aside for a moment, that was THE BEST doggone original song EVER. I rewound it three times 🤣 😂 thank you Jason, for being so awesome.
Imagine a sketch that's based off of a Shakespeare play, everyone is speaking perfect Shakespearean but one person doesn't understand their speech and is completely clueless
OMG this is just like the "Thank God You're Here" series back in Australia. I loved that show. So, obviously I love this too. They should do more of this!
Setting my opinions on the new cast of studio c for a moment, that was the BEST doggone original song EVER. I rewound it three times 🤣 😂 thank you Jason, for being so awesome.
Just an idea you can try a skit (with a green screen I think would be funny) in which the scene and setting is unknown by a cast member, but a reveal of the context suddenly flips the meaning of everything that was said. Like you think they're on a military mission to break out a prisoner of war, but turns out they're just picking up their kids from the nursery, or the cast is huddled up and thinking up ways to score on this last play to win the game against such a strong defense, then turns out they were planning a jewel heist.
There was a TV show for a short time called, Thank God You're Here. Basically it did the same thing as this sketch. A celebrity guest Would be the only 1 not given the script. He wouldn't have to clean an adlib to get through the Sketch. The 1 I remember was Jason Alexander playing Captain Kirk, essentially.
"I was there when he crashed... I was the one who HIT HIM!" "Doctor, that makes sense!" "I..."👁👄👁"..... *NO."* One of the funniest new sketches I've seen for a while. 😂 I hope you all do more like this in the future!
This truly caught me off guard. You guys gotta see Dalton do this. The cast did such a good job keeping it a secret. I hope we do these more often
Now I wanna listen to the Spanish version😂
@@coolgirl5547 YESSS
@@coolgirl5547 just like that one other doctor sketch 🤣🤣
i hoping for it as well
improve sketches are great
especially with you and Dalton on the team
@@coolgirl5547 so do I
😂🤣

True, Jason did really well but he was the only one who broke character at all.
Studio C: Let's see how Jason handles improv!
Jason: Malpractice makes perfect!
Everyone else: *Trying not to laugh*
"Malpractice makes perfect"
I have to use that
We need this more often. This is gold
Oh don't worry, we will be doing more
@@StudioCtv I loved this sketch! This was honestly one of the best videos ever. Jason did such a great job making random lines up, especially the song.😂This video made my day!
@@StudioCtv Amazing idea. First time I've seen anything quite like it.
I like seeing them do improv. It is much funnier to me than physical comedy (just my two cents)
Very clever! This could be its own series, and I like that they kept going with the script even if the next line didn’t match up perfectly
There was a show like this called "Thank God You're Here".
The strawberry 🤣
i love how he just spat it out
Jason spitting is an old classic from the tongue-twisters, especially.
I've seen Jason break many props over the years, but that was the first time I've seen him eat a prop!! Lol
@@LukeMaps Yes! I remember all of those. Poor Adam was soaking wet after each one.
Chewing the scenery as usual…
2:26 I seen Jason break props and sketches for years but this is the first time I've ever seen him eat a prop!!😂
havent seen the mario one?
@@Mattyzer0Oh yeah. I forgot about that.
the best doctor, whatever injuries he causes he can just heal (after 8 weeks)
major respect for you not all just dying of laughter
😂 😃
"Speak English, Doctor!"
"I am speaking English!"
That was it for me XD
Please do this again! I would love to see Dalton use his improv presentation skills. I can definitely see Naomi rocking this too. It'd also be really fun to see the new cast try this out agh! I think this could be up there with the tongue twister sketches.
I did a version of this sketch too during our dress rehearsal! It was wild! I hope they release a version of it!
Yes!!
You got your wish. Dalton's version is up now.
I would totally watch a show called Jason Gray M.D.
He could have just said doctor Gray assisted me ha
I haven't laughed this hard at a Studio C sketch in soooo long 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Please do another!
Same.
This is why I love the original cast. Always able to make me laugh.
Jason is awesome.
Garet is good too. I would like to see him improv.
“You think your better than me?”
“I am better than you”
Then why were you so easy to curse?!
Iykyk
Jason what were you eating?!? It sounded like a lightbulb XD
🤣
So good! Felt fresh. I loved how genuinely put on the spot Jason was.
Every cast member should have to do one of these!
Just got through this episode on the byu website and omg this needs to be a recurring gimmick like the tongue twister sketches were omg. This whole sketch was perfection.
We're so glad you enjoyed it!
i love how he started brushing his teeth just as i walked out to the bathroom to do the same thing. thank you, Jason, for reminding me!
That squeak from the 🐔 when she ended the call with her mom caught me so off guard😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Chicken phone!
First time I’ve genuinely laughed because of a Studio C sketch in a while
“I’ll tell you what I’m gonna do- I’ll show you what I’m gonna do.” -Jason Gray, 2023
yes! More Jason and more improv please
Please do more of these, they are hilarious.

Great concept! Should totally do more of these.
We are happy to hear you liked it! Thanks for watching! 🥰
Please do more of not giving Jason a script! He is a funny, funny man!
This is THE BEST sketch yet, keep it up
I love improve, and to see a pro like Jason do it, it is really funny.
This is by far the funniest sketch I’ve seen in the last 4 years of following studio c. We need more Jason improv
Thank you!
We need more of these!! Unscripted sketches are just brilliant!! I hope to see more of these in the future!! Great work studio C!!
This was a great take. I also always love it when the cast is struggling to stay in character when the hilarity amps up
Improv comedy will always be better than scripted skits because it thrives on the unexpected.
It's good to see you back Jason, you've always been my favorite.
Love when dalton does his like this too 😂❤
This sketch was one of the best! The song was hilarious 😂. You should do more sketches like this
WE appreciate your feedback! Thanks so much for watching! 🥰

This was probably the best thing I've seen this cast do. Please do more!!! Hahaha
I miss all of the old cast 😢 at least jason is still here 😢
Wait, is Matt gone
@@undead-dog11 dude they all left in 2018 and Jason only just came back last year
@@antonbedoy7556 I just started watching them, that really sucks
All the old cast actually created their own channel JK Studios
Not quite Studio C, but it’s the exact same people

This is going to be a good thing for studio c
I loved seeing Jason breaking and getting all flustered.
This is exactly how it feels when you're playing a heavily scripted VR game
This was actually really good! I can't get enough!
I liked these sketches, it was fun seeing the different versions of it in the full episode. Kind of reminds me of The Show that Goes Wrong!
That was great! I thought Jason might elaborate more on the song, calling it, when I'm in trouble I call myself!🤣🤣
Jason: I’ve seen things

Peak improv
Master of improv. Just improv the rest of every epsidoe from now on, man!
The impressive part is that the most compelling and engaging character in the sketch was Jason’s.

Hamish Blake was the best at those.
Great work Thank you
Improv mixed with a fixed skit! Sounds like fun!
This was truly absurd...and I loved every second of it.
Missed opportunity for Jason to sing I Want to Run
"OHHHHHH!!!!"
