You’re a wonderful person, there’s nothing about you to validate criticism and condescension, it’s entirely a reflection of the sick person who fires their self-contempt and personal insecurities at you. TONS of therapy and lots of reading. Maybe reading is not 100% for you, what if you try listening to audio books? OR start with a very catchy book, like something easy and fun or a true crime book, so that you will get into the habit of reading!
